Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Salamanca

All good. Comfortable shirts. The only thing we missed was trash bags, but otherwise great.

We really liked Juliet and Julián's place. We were 9 guests and we have been wonderful, with plenty of beds and spaces for everyone. We would like the house to have had more ventilation and natural lighting. They were very helpful and all our check-in problems gave us quick fixes. Repeat !!!

The house is beautiful, nicer than the pictures., spectacular. Very fast communication with hosts. Very good location, with a subway mouth 7 min walking. Very recommended! We'll be back!

We had a great family holiday with four children aged 5-10. Vic was really helpful with the all our questions and quick to respond. We were walking distant to the Bernabeu. The beds were super comfy and the house was so stylish but family friendly. Thank you for having us 😃

Carlos was an excellent host and very generous and warm. Upon our arrival, he greeted us with an incredible selection of food and drinks (lactose-free milk, whole milk, soy milk, tea, coffee, jam, butter, toast, fruit, croissants, wine, beer, etc.). Carlos was very helpful and attentive. He gave us many recommendations for Madrid in advance and was also available and caring at all times during our stay. He also provided a Metro card that we could top up and use, which simplified our round trip in Madrid. The apartment was immaculate. Everything was very clean and carefully maintained. Carlos had left small gifts (chocolates, candles, hand cream and face masks) in each room for us. The rooms were spacious and very well equipped (air conditioning in every room). We were a group of 7 people and had plenty of space. We thank Carlos for everything! Stay as you are ❤

Maria’s beautiful and historic home was the perfect base for our Madrid trip. It was bigger than expected, very nicely designed and decorated, and really well equipped with so many thoughtful details. We loved the city, but I looked forward to coming back ‘home’ to this neighbourhood every evening. Maria was really kind, friendly and helpful. Local market, cafes, supermarket and bakery all in easy walking distance, bus connections are easy and frequent (we hardly used the metro - much nicer to see the city as you travel around). Lovely outdoor space for relaxing. Close to the huge Casa del Campo park for green space. Thank you so much Maria for a wonderful stay.

This lovely house is very clean and gives you a comforting sense of being at home. There is plenty of space, making it ideal for a large family or group. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, and it's conveniently located close to the city center and the airport. I highly recommend it. Nacho, the host, is incredibly helpful and accommodating.

I have stayed on other occasions with Angharad and she is really a quite attentive, respectful, organizer.... in the description of the listing it is missing you have things that the house has and she has not put and that will help her to rent more, her prices are incredibly low, in case the first time I stayed with her I was afraid of what I was going to find and so I let her know once I saw everything, and she explained that she is Christian and she has to help and not take advantage of it. So I recommend her Airbnb 100%.

Great stay at Pilar’s for a family of 4. We asked for a parking spot and it was made available. Small, but well equipped kitchen and bedrooms. Very comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay in Madrid at Jose Ramon’s place! The apartment is absolutely gorgeous, very spacious and has lots of charm and character to it. It is in a perfect location, walking distance to all there is to see in Madrid. The area is lively with lots of bars and restaurants, which can mean it’s slightly noisy at night but we didn’t mind this!

Antonio was super attentive to let us arrive early. Its apartment is located in the heart of Salamanca surrounded by restaurants and shops. Very close to the retreat park and the Puerta de Alcalá. As for the cleanliness, everything was spotless.

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment was well stocked and the hosts were kind and helpful. Comfortable and cute place!

Could not recommend Hugo’s place enough. It was like our own private resort. Incredibly roomy, very comfortable, great atmosphere, plentiful towels, pillows, linens and kitchen items. Great gourmet grocery store up the block. Very close to Parque de Retiro, Museo de Prado and Thyssen. Perfectly safe as well. My only complaint is the hot water ran out quickly for a group of 8. Plan ahead and space them out so everyone gets a hot shower. Again. Would definitely stay again when I come back to Madrid with a large group.

Great location to be in the middle of the action in Madrid. As indicated there are three flights of stairs. The bed was really comfortable. As like many places near restaurants you will hear a street noise.

This place was perfect for our group trip! A beautiful outdoor area for grilling and playing games. The place is massive! It was super easy to communicate with the host all weekend too ☺️

We spent 2 wonderful days with our family in this beautiful house. The house fully corresponds to the described descriptions and photos, even more: the house has all the details for a comfortable stay, the kitchen is clean and fully equipped. Bath and toilets are clean and equipped with all the necessary facilities. Plenty of towels. There are books and games in the living room for fun. The pool is clean and able to close it, which was important to us, as we had small children with us. The barbecue area is also fully equipped. In general, the place is very nice, a lot of beautiful plants and flowers. With love and care, prepared accommodation. 100% recommendation to visit. Thank you to the friendly hosts, we will be happy to come again)

A wonderful few days with friends staying at this beautiful villa in Becerril de la Sierra. Very modern, spotless villa with great amenities as described. Accommodating and friendly hosts who have great local recommendations. Would recommend to anyone!

Very nice and cozy place. Very nice owners and guardians upon arrival and checkout. We were allowed to stay longer after checkout. We brought coffee as a gift. Everything was great

We absolutely loved our stay at VistaMadrid. We had a brilliant time using the pool and the interior is amazing. We loved having meals outside on the terrace and chilling by the pool. The house was equipped with lots of great amenities, and 14 min walk from a supermarket. Easy to find & Fransisco was very welcoming and responsive to any queries throughout the stay. Only downside was the bathroom situation in the loft, as there was no door, just a privacy screen, but we made it work. We struggled with 1 tea towel, so would recommend more. And the decking is uneven and a hazard (my mum did fall & hurt herself). Overall, it was a great stay, and well represented by the pics and description from the Airbnb site. We even managed to check out a bit later due to our flight time & Fransisco being so accommodating. We had a brilliant extra day by the pool, which was very appreciated! Thanks so much for being brilliant hosts, we would definitely stay again!
