Holiday rentals with a patio in Salamanca

Tolle Wohnung in einer atemberaubend schönen Gegend. Direkt nebenan ist ein Lebensmittelladen und Pilar und Dani waren stets für unsere Bedürfnisse erreichbar. Riesige Dusche im Untergeschoss, grosse Küche und toll eingerichtet. Ein Schmuckstück!

Great location, close to the Madrid palace and walkable to many restaurants, shopping, points of interest, etc in downtown. The apartment is very spacious, private and in a peaceful location. The host was very responsive and also gave us good recommendations when we had specific questions.

My family of 8 had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Madrid! The hosts were incredibly responsive and made the check-in process seamless. The unit itself was excellent—clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the city. Everything was exactly as described, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Madrid!

Fiquei no apartamento da Isabel no final de maio de 2025. O imóvel estava novo, bem arrumado e limpo. É um apartamento bem equipado, com um ótimo chuveiro e uma cama muito confortável. Além disso, é silencioso, o que contribuiu para uma estadia ainda mais agradável. Gostei muito! A Isabel também permitiu que eu fizesse o check-in antecipado, o que facilitou bastante. Quando eu voltar a Madri, com certeza me hospedarei novamente neste apartamento.

If you are looking for comfort, privacy, and accessibility, this is the place! Look out the windows onto a lovey seniors home across the street which provided us with privacy too. The apartment furnishings were so comfortable and we had everything we needed to cook and live for our month. Public transportation was just a block or two away. But the gem was the patio! We ate our meals and had our coffee out there. So quiet and peaceful surrounded by plants.

Ana Cristina is very easy to communicate with, she is helpful and flexible. Her appartment in Lavapies is a great place to stay if you want to experience the real Madrid.

Magnifique duplex, très bien décoré et confortable, parfait pour un séjour agréable. Petit bémol : le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas correctement à l’étage, notamment dans la chambre double, et il fallait attendre longtemps pour que l’eau de la douche chauffe. Mettre un aspirateur à disposition serait également un plus. Malgré ces petits détails, nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cet appartement charmant.

We had a fantastic stay – the apartment is clean, well-equipped, and in a truly perfect location for exploring Madrid. Many attractions like the Royal Palace, theatres, Parque del Oeste, and Sabatini Gardens are within a 15–20 minute walk. You’ll also find hundreds of restaurants and great shopping options nearby. The apartment is tidy and nicely arranged; the rooms and kitchen were spotless. Once the advertising signs are removed later this year, the view will likely be even better, but it was already enjoyable. Check-in was smooth with clear instructions. The host and their team were extremely responsive – when the A/C in one room didn’t work, they came late at night to check it and had it fixed by morning. We truly appreciated the kindness, support, and hospitality. Everything went very well – we’re grateful for the experience and highly recommend this place to others!

We were in Madrid for a few days to visit a friend's wedding and this apartment provided us a practical base. Enough big for 4 people, practical apartment. Transport to the airport and to the city centre with metro is easy and quick.

To clarify some questions that I had myself before arriving to the apartment: * I have been living in this flat for 3 months and I haven’t seen a cockroach. Just in case, Jonathan took the complaints serious and set up some traps in the flat. * Yes, there is no service inside of the apartment, but the wifi works perfectly! * There is not that much natural light, but that somehow also makes the flat very cozy (as the description says) * It is located very centrally, even though it might not look like that on Maps. Since the apartment is in the ground floor, the air is a bit humid inside. Opening the windows a lot helps, and there were also some dehumidifiers set up, which made it better too. As for Jonathan as a host, he does his “job” perfectly! He was always available and answered within a couple of minutes. Whenever I had a problem, he stopped by and helped me as soon as he could. All in all, I think there is no better place to stay in Madrid, especially for that price!

Apartamento amplio, 3 habitaciones, , muy cerca de aeropuerto, bien comunicado para llegar al centro de la ciudad, , todo funciona perfecto.

Sandra María es bellísima , María también , su lugar es muy tranquilo si deseas estar cerca del centro , en un lugar limpio, bien atendido , zona segura, como persona Sandra María increíbles , nos recibió espléndidamente fuera de horario en una urgencia. María es súper buena una maravilla de señora y muy buena en su trabajo. El check in perfecto y no nos faltó de nada. Si volvemos a Madrid sin duda volveremos a su alojamiento con los ojos cerrados. We had a wonderful stay at Adelaida’s casa, was very nice & very spacious. Everything worked great especially after we discovered the range top was an induction appliance, since I knew about these I had to explain how it worked to my brother-in-law, since he was unaware & was doing the cooking. The neighborhood is impressive & very secure, so we felt very comfortable taking some long walks around the various loops in the gated community. If we are ever in Madrid we will try to rent here again & advise others to do so as well!

We stayed at Juan’s place for over 10 days and rented two units to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. Both units were on first floor and ours had a beautiful garden. Perfect for 2 adults and maybe a kid. Clean, spacious and within walking distance to great restaurants, grocery stores, Alcala street, metro and bus stops. Juan was very friendly and responsive. The AC was great since it was very hot outside. Also, very convenient laundry room in the common area. Our only complain is the very poor internet service. We had to use our data almost every day while being inside the apartment. Although Juan indicated new internet was going to be installed we experienced the problem until we left.

El apartamento es exactamente igual que en las fotos, todo muy limpio y cuidado, con todo lo necesario y súper bonito. Se encuentra en una calle tranquila perfecto para descansar, no se escucha ningún ruido. Y Concha fue muy amable con nosotras en todo momento estuvo pendiente de nuestra llegada y con flexibilidad tanto para entrar como para salir. Nos ha encantado.

El alojamiento era perfecto, tal y como se ve en las fotos e incluso mejor. Amplio, limpio y bonito. Muy recomendable (sobretodo si van al estadio Metropolitano,está muy cerca). Atenta, y responde rápido los mensajes. Todo perfecto. Gracias!!!!!

This was our second time staying at Maria’s place; the first was made by my wife. And there’ll be more stays in the future. Maria is just the nicest host & we always feel immediately at home in her lovely apartment. So did our cat, who loved sleeping outside in the balcony garden We had more time to explore the area this time. Found Dot Cafe Bar a minute away whereas a 4 minute walk takes you to Nuo Sushi & Ramen 4 minutes . A 15 minute walk will get you to K Store on Embajadores, a modern Asian supermarket with a huge selection, in case you are hankering after ramen. Highly recommended place and neighborhood.

What a great place! We stayed for a month while learning Spanish and could not have been happier. Great location, in the heart of La Latina, easy to walk to all the major sights. Quiet and the air conditioner works really great. Rebecca and Victor have done everything to make a long stay really comfortable. The bedroom has really nice his-and-her wardrobes with ample space (and hangers) for holding all your clothes and even a jewelry tray! Then, there are the two bathrooms. One has a rain shower and the other has a regular shower so you can take your pick. The primary bathroom also has plenty of storage in drawers below the double sink so that you don't have to clutter the counter. And the water pressure is great. The kitchen is well-equipped and the fridge is big enough to store plenty of food. The stovetop works well. There is a washer that also dries your clothes (although it does take a while....) All in all, a fabulous stay!

El alojamiento de Jose es estupendo. Fuimos 5 personas, tenía toallas para todas, nos dejaron cápsulas de café para el desayuno, sal, aceite, azúcar, tés e infusiones. Algo que es de agradecer. Buena localización, cerca de paradas de bus y metro. Por las noches es muy tranquilo, puedes descansar. Y Jose muy amable. Si tienes algún problema tienes su número de teléfono para llamarlo en cualquier momento. Hemos estado como en casa. Esperamos volver pronto.

Awesome host and unit. Sufa was always quick to answer my queries and very accommodating with checking in. Was super sweet to see the fridge stocked up with bread, eggs, and water when I arrived..as well as oil and basic cooking supplies. The location was great, not a long walk to the metro station, the walks helped me make room for all the great food Madrid has to offer. I had a great experience visiting Madrid and Sufa’s hospitality was a part of that!

Lucia was responsive and very helpful. She was very approachable and friendly.
