The apartment has an equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, and bathroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

The loft is on the second floor and there is no elevator, so you have to use stairs to get there.

The neighborhood and people are very simple, the atmosphere is friendly and safe. The area is famous among runners, cyclists, and trekkers, who come to train and enjoy the forest that is a 10-minute walk from the property.
