Monthly Rentals in Salem

We had a wonderful time in St. Ann. Our host Conrad was courteous and accommodating. The home is a comfortable home away from home, with all necessary amenities available, including a full kitchen. The area is quiet and the property is centrally located to all essentials namely; shopping, restaurants and beach. This home is A+ we will definately be returning to our home away from home. Thanks a million Conrad for this positive experience.

My flight was really delayed so I missed the check in time. Though I was extremely frustrated, I communicated everything with Kayann and she was very responsive and made arrangements for me to be able to check in when I arrived. I was surprised that it was as pictured. Very quiet residential area. Very modern decor and it is laid out very nicely. The unit is upstairs and there is no elevator but I didn’t find it to be an issue, just a little workout when toting luggage lol. The location is perfect! I did all of the major tourist attractions, as well as I visited a few local bars etc. Everything was within a 10-20 minute drive. Kayann also gave really good suggestions about things to do and places to visit. I was a little nervous about there not being any blankets because there are ac units in the place, but I didn’t need the ac as it was fairly cool during my stay. I did however give the recommended to Kayann, and she was open to my suggestion. Overall a great stay!

Ms. Suzette and Ms. Minnie were great hotesses. I truly felt right at home and it was very pleasant to see that all inquires were responded to in a timely fashion. I truly enjoyed and appreciated the peaceful environment and privacy experienced. I was pleased to know that what was displayed in the photos was actually offered when I arrived. Integrity is very important to me and this was displayed by the hotesses throughout my stay. I salute these ladies for offering a space to accommplish the solitude and serenity needed. I didnt venture out much to do any sight seeing but there are lots of resorts and venues in the area to explore the night life by chartered transportation. Kudos to Sunsplash Loft.
