Large apartment for exclusive use

The house is located in an optimal position that allows you to reach all the places of interest in the Province of Trapani in a few minutes: fifteen minutes by car from the beaches of Trapani and from the boarding point for the Egadi islands. In a few minutes, Erice, San Vito Lo Capo, Scopello, Zingaro Reserve, Segesta, and Castellammare del Golfo can be reached for suggestive excursions. In about thirty minutes by car, you can also reach the Stagnone of Marsala, a place of excellence for kitesurfing.

The house was an old farmhouse shelter and has been renovated with extreme attention to detail in tuff and Balata stone. It is a place for lovers of relaxation, nature and privacy. Outside, the garden has a sea view over the entire bay and is terraced with ancient Balata stone and mosaics and a stone bench and Sicilian ceramics.

The accommodation is located between the streets adjacent to the historic center. It is a recently renovated building, bright, comfortable and well furnished. Entering through the large glass door, you will be welcomed by a bright living room furnished with a table, chairs, TV, and sofa bed. From there, you can access the kitchen, equipped with appliances and dishes. The house has a nice bathroom with shower and two double bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning.

Accommodation for tourist use, short rental. NIN: IT081005C2XDAHT4M4 The house is two blocks from the main street of the village. It is about 300 m from the pedestrian area, about 450 m from the bus stop and about 700 m from the marina. A few dozen meters away are also a characteristic bakery, a supermarket, various bars, newspapers and a pharmacy. The accommodation was entirely renovated in 2022.

San Giovanni

Retreat to a historic sicilian farmhouse, charmingly decorated and with marvellous views. Escape the coast, head for the hills, keep an eye out for the Greek temple of Segesta. Then you reach a pot-holed road that buckles through vineyards, citrus groves and rough fields where sheep graze with their ringing bells; this is an ancient landscape.

Two-room apartment in a recently renovated structure, located in an old neighborhood in the historic center of Sciacca. Quiet area at night and very usable during the day, equipped with pastry bars and pizzerias. Every Saturday morning there's a colorful neighborhood market.
