Our studio is located in Aude, in the heart of a very rich natural and cultural heritage. We are located 27 km from the sea, 54 km from the city of Carcassonne, 42 km from Roquebrun in Haut Languedoc. Come and discover the Canal du Midi, the Cathar cities, the natural parks and ponds, the many villages with atypical charm such as Minerve, Gruissan or Collioure between 20 minutes and 1 hour maximum from your little nest. Situé à proximité du canal du midi, un gîte familial pour se ressourcer en terres narbonnaises. Charmant gîte de 46 m2 situé au sein de notre résidence familiale, rénovée fin 2021. Nous sommes situés à 2,5 km du Somail, village typique au bord du Canal du Midi (30 min à pied à travers un chemin bordé de vignes). À 3 min à pieds de tous les commerces: supermarché, pharmacie, tabac presse, coiffeur, esthéticienne, laverie et restaurants. Idéal également pour les travailleurs en déplacement!

Logement privatif avec à l’étage un lit 200/200 ainsi qu’une douche à l’italienne et une baignoire balneo. Au rez de chaussée une cuisine toute équipée avec coin salon , toilette séparée et une terrasse pour vos repas à l’extérieur. Le logement ne dispose pas de wifi.
