Centrally located among the hills of the peaceful Park Hill neighborhood. Totally remodeled while preserving all of the vintage charm of the 1950s architecture. Beautiful and well-stocked kitchen with quartz countertop. There are 2 bedrooms - each with a queen bed. The living room has a 58" TV and large sectional for relaxing. Additional guests can sleep on the sectional or provided queen air mattress. Enjoy large back yard with a fenced in area and deck.

A charming cottage built in 1912. Our house is perfect for you while you vacation at the lake, fish on the river, just sit on the porch, soak up the WiFi or visit friends and family. There is room to hang out together or spread out. A pull through drive long enough for your boat or trailer. Small town, restaurants, coffee shop, shopping and minutes from Lake Tenkiller, Arkansas and Illinois rivers, Tenkiller State Park, Greenleaf State Park.

Local full grocery store 3 blocks from home. 16 minutes from fort smith. 14 minutes form Poteau. 20 minutes off of 1-40.

This clean and cozy cottage is located near the downtown historic area of Ft Smith. Close to the Convention Center, baseball fields and Creekmore Park (public swimming pool). One bedroom has a king size bed and smart TV. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has a queen and twin bed. Prepare family dinners in the fully stocked kitchen or enjoy local restaurants nearby. Pets may be accepted if pre-approved. Privacy fenced back yard.

Once upon a midnight dreary, in my quest for lodging, weary, I stumbled upon a house, peculiar and eerie, With ebony floors that creaked and croaked, A grand old clock that tick-tocked and joked. Four bedrooms, where the bizarre did dwell, A dining room with tales to tell, A kitchen that conjured culinary spells, Two bathrooms, where the ordinary rebelled.
