AMAZING! fantastic host, responsive, polite and hospitable. House had everything we needed including delicious coffee and cold water. A spotless and well and beautifully designed home. 2 min walk to the beach. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Bel endroit calme avec une vue magnifique sur les collines. Maison spacieuse et bien rangée. Super hôtes très réactifs. Si vous en avez assez de la ville et que vous cherchez de la tranquillité, c’est ici qu’il faut venir :)

Welcome to a slice of Heaven!!!! Nikos’ Villa Nilena was just as shown in the photos and was quite well equipped. We were warmly greeted by Nikos’ father who gave a thorough tour of the home. The flowers, olive and citrus trees surrounding the property were beautiful and the view of the sea are extraordinary. It was so nice to wake up each morning and have coffee on the terrace, enjoy a fresh orange picked from the grove, then later in the day wander down to the beach and take a chair and umbrella at one of the local establishments. Beach side beverage service was also available. The nearby hotel serves yummy meals and there is another property that has a beautiful bar and restaurant. The fact that they were so close to the villa made our stay very enjoyable. We give this property our highest possible recommendation, and look forward to staying there again.

Kostas Unterkunft liegt einfach perfekt für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Olympia. Alles Fußläufig erreichbar. Uns hat es besonders gut gefallen, dass direkt an der Unterkunft zwei super Restaurants sind und man - obwohl ruhig gelegen - nur eine Straße von der Hauptstraße entfernt ist. So konnte man abends gut etwas bummeln gehen, nachdem die Bustouristen weg waren. Kostas hat uns persönlich begrüßt, einen Parkplatz zugewiesen und ist super freundlich. Er gibt gute Tipps für Erkundungen bzw. kann wissenswerte griechische Geschichte erzählen. Das hat uns einen Guide an der Ausgrabungsstätte erspart. Außerdem ist das Parken an der Straße selbst mit Gepäck im Auto super sicher. Absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Danke Kostas!

Suggest to put the exact location in the advert. Not difficult to find. Will save time to pick guests up and will show how great location really is. Maybe wise to upgrade washing machine a bit or leave clear instructions in English. 🙃 Furthermore all was perfect!

We had a great holiday with our family, including our 2 year old grandson. The setting is lovely - surrounded by olive groves and very secluded. There is other accommodation nearby, but we weren't really aware of it. It's a short walk into the village, with a few shops and restaurants, and a very short walk to the beach, which, when we were there in late May, was very quiet. The beach was sheltered and ideal for children. There were beach bars and sunbeds nearby. The garden and the pool were lovely - the pool was beautifully cleaned every day. The house was cleaned twice during our stay to a high standard. The house itself was very comfortable, well equipped and had everything we needed. We enjoyed using the gas barbecue. Helen and Spyros were very quick to respond to any queries that we had and to help us deal with a couple of minor problems. They were very helpful and provided a travel cot, high chair, baby bath and baby monitor. They provided a bespoke welcome pack.

Wij hebben 5 nachten doorgebracht in deze bungalow en we vonden het heerlijk. Met name de enorme tuin met meerdere zitjes en vrij uitzicht op de zee, op zeer korte afstand van een rustig strandje, zodat het bijna voelde als een privéstrand. Er komen regelmatig katten op bezoek in de tuin, die aanhankelijk zijn, maar als je niet van katten houdt is dit wellicht niet de ideale plek voor je ;) Op loopafstand van het centrum, waar meerdere supermarkten, restaurants, rentals etc aanwezig zijn. Voor ons was het centrum niet the place to be (erg toeristisch), maar afgezien van je boodschappen hoef je daar ook niet te komen. Wij hadden gehoopt fietsen te kunnen huren, maar dit bleek lastiger dan gedacht. Uiteindelijk hebben we met een scooter een hoop gezien. In een mum van tijd ben je uit de drukte en da's echt de moeite! Dionysia was behulpzaam met het regelen van een taxi van en naar het appartement. De keuken was goed uitgerust. Een aanrader voor mensen die van rust en groen houden!

Αν θέλεις μια υπέροχη εμπειρία σύνδεσης με τη φύση τότε το Chalet αυτό είναι ακριβώς ό,τι ψάχνεις! Μπροστά μας άνοιγε μια απίστευτη θέα προς τα καταπράσινα βουνά και τα τοπία των Καλαβρύτων, προσφέροντας μια απόλυτη αίσθηση ηρεμίας. Το σπίτι, ένας μεγάλος ξύλινος παράδεισος, είναι άψογα διαμορφωμένο και ενσωματωμένο στο φυσικό τοπίο, δίνοντας τη θαλπωρή και την άνεση που θα μπορούσε να ζητήσει κανείς. Ο οικοδεσπότης, Κος Θανάσης, είναι γλυκύτατος, ευχάριστος και πάντα εξυπηρετικός, έτοιμος να βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Η φιλοξενία του ήταν ζεστή και έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο απολαυστική. Πρέπει να σημειώσουμε, ότι επειδή το σπίτι βρίσκεται ακριβώς στη καρδιά του βουνού, ο δρόμος μέχρι να προσεγγίσετε το σπίτι για μερικά λεπτά είναι χωματόδρομος και χρειάζεται ιδιαίτερη προσοχή.
