Our family-run organic farm is situated 985 m above sea level with a beautiful view on the alps. We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse. It has its own entrance and a cosy sheltered patio with a great view that is situated directly next to a big garden.

The traditional, rustic and modern mixture of our apartment furnishing will give you a feeling of Austrian hospitality and warmth. Our precious and cozy hideaway is located very close to the center of Bad Ischl in a real quiet and safe area. 2 separate bedrooms and a living room with a homely seating area and comfy furniture will give you a "homelike" feeling. It is perfect for a 2 to 4 person occupancy. A sleeping couch in the living room also allows a fifth person in the apartment.

Our loving house with feel-good garden is located in an absolutely quiet idyll overlooking the Kampenwand and invites you to recover from stressful everyday life. The Chiemsee beach is a 5-minute walk away. Outside the front door, you will find very well-developed cycling and hiking trails into the fields and moors. Oberleiten Apartments: Kitzstein vacation home

Our apartments are perfectly located in the heart of Snow Space Salzburg in Ski amadé. In a quiet location on the outskirts of Wagrain on the sunny Kirchboden and yet close to all attractions and facilities. In addition, our house has been newly and carefully renovated in recent years, furnished in a timeless classic rural style. We attach particular importance – inside and out – to an atmosphere of well-being and enjoyment.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Lakeview Apartment Fernblick

This apartment, located on the top floor (2nd floor), has a fantastic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. With only a 2-minute walk into the center of the village, you are close to everything that St. Wolfgang has to offer and the hiking trails start right outside the door. Public parking close by, fee € 8 / 24h or a couple of 100 m away for € 20 / week.

It's a perfect place to stay for exploring the amazing Salzkammergut region.
