Unser Apartmenthaus wurde im April 2021 fertiggestellt und wir freuen uns schon sehr, Sie bei uns zu begrüßen. Wir haben das Nebengebäude der Pension Ballwein saniert und die früheren Gästezimmer zu 4 hochwertigen Apartments umgebaut. Alle Apartments befinden sich in der ersten Etage und verfügen jeweils über einen Balkon. Wir bieten kostenloses WLAN & einen Parkplatz pro Apartment. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vorm Haus. Mit dem Bus 21 können Sie direkt in die Altstadt Salzburgs fahren.

Sonnberg Apartment

The Sonnberg apartment offers a cozy vacation atmosphere at over 1100 meters above sea level. The underfloor heating, as well as the predominantly wooden furnishings, ensure a special feel-good factor. Whether in summer the evening ends with a glass of wine in front of the hut or in winter with a crackling wood-burning stove fire, in any case the accommodation invites you to relax. It offers spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and occasionally down to the clouds.

Zell am Moos with its Irrsee invites you to slow down. There is no mass tourism here yet, no motorboats on the lake. Whether by bike or on foot, a few meters from the 64 sqm apartment, you will find yourself in the middle of nature. In the village, there are inns, swimming areas with parking, a supermarket, a bakery with a café, a butcher, a newsstand, and a bank (with ATM). New is the foot/bike path into the village, which allows you to leave the car behind.

Diese besondere Unterkunft hat einen ganz eigenen Stil. Unser Gästehaus liegt im Herzen des Chiemgaus. Man erreicht Salzburg oder den Chiemsee in ca. 20 Minuten. Die Gegend bietet unzählige Wandermöglichkeiten, Fahradtouren, Seen und Museumsbesuche. Die persönliche Betreuung unserer Gäste ist uns sehr wichtig. Holiday cottage in Ebensee

Welcome to Ebensee in our rustic holiday hut. Couples, families with children and good friends will find a quiet place to holiday with us. The proximity to the Feuerkogel cable car (4-minute walk) and the Traunsee offers a variety of excursion possibilities. Our cottage is heated exclusively with wood. A basic equipment for living is available. On request we can offer wood for the fireplace. The complete plot is available for well-being.

Central, well-maintained

Modern and functional. The apartment is located in an annex behind the house. The garden is for guests only. If necessary, barbecuing is possible there and meals can be consumed on the terrace. Bus stations to the neighboring towns are 200 m away. The apartment is the starting point for mountain bike and bike tours in all directions.

This special home has its own style. 1. Train station is 4 minutes and Mirabellgarten 9 minutes walking from the place! 2. Next to our accommodation (2 minutes walk) is the Bahnhof-Contipark-Tiefgarage (Rainerstraße driveway 30, 5020 Salzburg) is €16/24 hours . Nearby are numerous shops, restaurants and shopping center pebbles !
