Unser Apartmenthaus wurde im April 2021 fertiggestellt und wir freuen uns schon sehr, Sie bei uns zu begrüßen. Wir haben das Nebengebäude der Pension Ballwein saniert und die früheren Gästezimmer zu 4 hochwertigen Apartments umgebaut. Alle Apartments befinden sich in der ersten Etage und verfügen jeweils über einen Balkon. Wir bieten kostenloses WLAN & einen Parkplatz pro Apartment. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vorm Haus. Mit dem Bus 21 können Sie direkt in die Altstadt Salzburgs fahren.

Enjoy beautiful days in the vacation home with terrace and balcony in the middle of the Bavarian foothills with wonderful views of the mountains. The cottage was renovated in 2017 and is decorated in Alpine style. The cottage is located right next to our Naturland organic farm. This allows you to find out where organic milk comes from! Please note: The local tourist tax of 2.60 euros per person per day must be paid in cash on site. We look forward to welcoming you!

Diese besondere Unterkunft hat einen ganz eigenen Stil. Unser Gästehaus liegt im Herzen des Chiemgaus. Man erreicht Salzburg oder den Chiemsee in ca. 20 Minuten. Die Gegend bietet unzählige Wandermöglichkeiten, Fahradtouren, Seen und Museumsbesuche. Die persönliche Betreuung unserer Gäste ist uns sehr wichtig. Sie besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett, eine Wohnküche und 1 Badezimmer. Griller und Stühle im Garten frei benutzbar Tischtennisplatte ist auch vorhanden Großer Parkplatz ist kostenlos und direkt vor der Unterkunft.
