Unser Apartmenthaus wurde im April 2021 fertiggestellt und wir freuen uns schon sehr, Sie bei uns zu begrüßen. Wir haben das Nebengebäude der Pension Ballwein saniert und die früheren Gästezimmer zu 4 hochwertigen Apartments umgebaut. Alle Apartments befinden sich in der ersten Etage und verfügen jeweils über einen Balkon. Wir bieten kostenloses WLAN & einen Parkplatz pro Apartment. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vorm Haus. Mit dem Bus 21 können Sie direkt in die Altstadt Salzburgs fahren.

Whether by bike or on foot, a few meters from the 64 sqm apartment, you will find yourself in the middle of nature. In the village, there are inns, swimming areas with parking, a supermarket, a bakery with a café, a butcher, a newsstand, and a bank (with ATM). New is the foot/bike path into the village, which allows you to leave the car behind.

Diese besondere Unterkunft hat einen ganz eigenen Stil. Unser Gästehaus liegt im Herzen des Chiemgaus. Man erreicht Salzburg oder den Chiemsee in ca. 20 Minuten. Die Gegend bietet unzählige Wandermöglichkeiten, Fahradtouren, Seen und Museumsbesuche. Die persönliche Betreuung unserer Gäste ist uns sehr wichtig. Relax in our rustic loft in the foothills of the Austrian Alps. The lovingly designed accommodation has everything you need for a vacation in the country. The large dining area invites you to relax after a day in nature. In the small kitchen with fridge, coffee maker, kettle and hotplate you can prepare simple meals. The shower refreshes you after an eventful day, because the area offers a variety of outdoor activities.
