Nicola’s apartment is very comfortable convenient for Guardiagrele and is very modest and well appointed. We really appreciated the free breakfast at a near by cafe in the middle of Guardiagrele and the information Nicola provided 😊

Great place rooms are nice and big, excellent location, truly authentic Italian style. Pescara is our favourite place to visit, highly recommended this Apartment. Very helpful host and all the facilities you need.

Our stay with Fabrizia had only good points. Fabrizia is extra nice person, the apartment is spacious, clean, the balcony is really useful. yes, the apartment is above busy crossroad, but thanks to roller blinds we enjoyed our sleep. Regarding location - you are kind of in the middle of the town so it worked for us too Thank you again Fabrizia

frencesco iyi bir ev sahibi. Sorulara hemen cevap veriyor. sıcak içten bir karşılama . Ev tıpkı fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi. Mutfakta yemek pişirmek için herşey var. Güzel bir banyosu ve büyük bir balkonu var.Evin konumu çok iyi ,sahilde ve şehir merkezine 3km yakınlıkta. Ama merkeze hiç ihtiyaç duymadık. Eve 1 km mesafede süpermarket var. Etrafta 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde Dondurmacilar,pizzacilar ve kahve icebileceginiz güzel mekanlar var. İtalya nin muhteşem doğasına hayran kaldık.Tekrar gelmeyi diliyoruz

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in due più un bambino, l’appartamento è piccolo ma non manca niente, è presente l’aria condizionata nelle stanze molto silenziosa, tutto molto pulito, ci hanno anche lasciato a disposizione una sponda da letto per il bambino visto che dormiva con noi. La posizione è centrale per spostarsi a piedi, vicino al mare e negozi per prendere il necessario. Nicola e Vera sono molto gentili e cordiali. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Ottimo appartamento situato vicino al lungomare di Pescara. L'alloggio è pulito e la comunicazione con Giordano è stata eccellente. Consigliato

Ottima assistenza da parte dell’host, amichevolezza e disponibilità. Alloggio del tutto conforme alla descrizione. Zona centrale e vicina a molti punti d’interesse. Non molto parcheggio, bisogna cercare un po’.

Monia was a wonderful host. She was their on our arrival to welcome us and provide access. Monia then showed us around the apartment explaining where everything was. It had everything we needed, especially as we were travelling with children. I've never been to an apartment that catered to children more before. Monia provided everything from the cot and highchair to toys and baby shampoo. We only stayed for one night but would have been comfortable there longer.

We loved our stay at the apartment. Francesca was a very nice person and she even stored our cases for us for a couple of days , which we really appreciated. We loved the little treats she left for us and sitting on the little balcony and looking out to the beach was wonderful. We even swam a couple of times, as the ocean is just across the road. If we could give a higher score than 5 stars, we would! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in einer großartigen Umgebung. Sehr nah am Meer und mitten im Ortszentrum. Vom Flughafen 20 min mit dem Bus entfernt - sonst sind keine Verkehrsmittel nötig, da alles was man braucht & anschauen möchte (Museen, etc.) fußläufig erreichbar ist. In der Wohnung war alles was wir benötigten an Handtüchern, Bettzeug, Küchenutensilien & gutem WLAN. Eine Empfehlung für alle, die abseits der großen Städte etwas italienischen Flair erleben möchten :)

Wir haben sehr spontan 2 Tage in Pescara verbracht und durften in der schönen Wohnung von Alfredo schlafen. Alles ist super gut erreichbar und die Umgebung ist schön ruhig. Vielen vielen Dank

Fabulous apartment in a great location. Very well equipped with plenty of storage for our things. Only wish we could have stayed longer. We would absolutely use this again if we came back to the area. We definitely recommend Silvano’s apartment.

Mattia è stato davvero un host perfetto, l’appartamento e situato a qualche limito a piedi dalla spiaggia, ci sono supermercati vicinissimo, e anche ristoranti e bar. L’appartamento è molto spazioso, pulito e ordinato, con un bel giardino. Ci torneremo!

Ottimo per passare giornate in tranquillita con la propria partner. L'ambiente che ti circonda ti da la giusta privacy per goderti questo posto meraviglioso. i proprietari sono persone splendide, che ti fanno sentire a proprio agio con quel sorriso, simpatia e disponibilità. Esperienza bellissima da ripetere.

Luogo stupendo. Intimo, Molto rilassante, pieno di dettagli ed accortezze, molto pulito. Proprietario gentilissimo, molto simpatico e attento a dare ogni indicazione. La zona è molto tranquilla. Se si desidera pace é un buon luogo dove “fuggire”.

Piccolo angolo di relax. Locali puliti ed in ordine, con tutto il necessario. I dettagli fanno la differenza. come i led, Netflix, la vasca, il muschio sulle pareti ecc... consigliatissimo.

Im La Chiocciola Resort durften wir eine wunderschöne und erholsame Zeit verbringen. Die Zimmer waren nicht nur gemütlich, sondern auch stets sauber, was unseren Aufenthalt rundum angenehm machte. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die herzliche Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter, die sich auf wundervolle Weise um das Wohl ihrer Gäste kümmern. Die Ausstattung der Wohnräume, insbesondere die Küche, war hervorragend und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir konnten köstliche Mahlzeiten zubereiten und die gemeinsame Zeit genossen. Ein weiteres Highlight war die weitläufige und gepflegte Gartenanlage, die zum Verweilen einlud. Es war der perfekte Ort, um sich zurückzulehnen und die Natur zu genießen. Ein besonderes Erlebnis für uns war der Whirlpool, der nach einem langen Tag voller Erkundungen eine willkommene Entspannung bot. Wir blicken mit Freude und besten Erinnerungen auf unseren Aufenthalt zurück und können das La Chiocciola Resort uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Gerne kommen wir wieder!!!

Dire che ci siamo trovati bene sarebbe troppo riduttivo,siamo stati perfettamente e divinamente benissimo. Un alloggio più che funzionale e confortevole, curato nei dettagli, in un luogo incantato circondato da ulivi che abbraccia dall’alto la splendida costa dei trabocchi, accolti da una persona splendida, ospitale, empatica, comunicativa ma mai invadente: FLORIANA…il TOP dei TOP!!!!!!
