The house is build from an ancient cave, behind Santa Maria La Nova main church. The big garden is the natural extension of the house.. hammock, fireplace, tables and spaces among olive and lemon trees, hidden from tourists routes, perfectly inside the village.

Villa Julia is 100 meters from the sea and a short walk from all services. Immersed in an ancient fishing village, with small alleys where you can breathe in all the magic of south-eastern Sicily. The beaches are extensive and have very fine golden sand. Thanks to its location, you can walk to the characteristic "moletto", the promenade and the magical cliff. Just a few kilometers from Sampieri is Scicli, a real Baroque jewel and location of the famous Montalbano TV drama.

Welcome to our holiday home in Sampieri, an authentic fishing village on Sicily’s stunning southern coast. The house is in a strategic location, just 250 meters from the beach and about a 10-minute walk from the village center. While everything is easily reachable on foot, the house is set in a quieter, more peaceful area, away from the summer hustle and bustle of the center, where parking can often be a challenge.
