There is a living room on the top floor and two bathrooms. Day trips to nearby cultural sights can be combined with culinary tours or wine-tasting events

"LE PETIT BOURGEON" is located in a wine village in Burgundy, surrounded by the vineyards of the Maranges, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Built within the walls of old stables, we chose wood, Burgundy stone and metal for its construction. The interior layout, the harmonious choice of colors and furniture create a contemporary and warm atmosphere. Our large wooded and flowered garden with its large swimming pool offers you a breathtaking view of the vineyards.

Authenticity of the preserved Burgundian dwelling: large room with fireplace, spacious mezzanine with TV area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with double sink and large shower. Quiet and rest assured. Parking in the yard. A private jacuzzi is available in an outbuilding to the cottage. Everything comes together for a pleasant time at the foot of the Château de la Rochepot.

Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.
