Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Samut Prakan

Arpa is very nice, flexible and accommodating! We are a family of eight including one elderly and 3 children. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! Elderly can stay at the ground floor without having to climb the stairs and there is also toilet/bathroom (with bathtub), kitchen and common area on the ground floor. The other two bedrooms are on second floor. The one with bunk bed has ensuite toilet/bathroom and the other bedroom is adjacent to toilet/bathroom. The place is clean and spacious! Walkable distance to BTS (about 10 mins). Place is also near eateries and massage parlour. My whole family love the place!

We stayed for two weeks and had a great experience. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful throughout. The internet was impressively fast (463/338 Mbps), which was perfect for remote work. There are some extra amenities not listed in the description that were provided, which was a pleasant surprise. While the room and kitchen are both quite small, they're still very functional and well-equipped. The location is very convenient — there's a 7-Eleven just 10 meters away, and it's in a quiet neighborhood. The MRT and BTS stations are about 500 meters away, making it easy to get anywhere in the city.

We had a great stay at this house. It is new, very clean, and quite spacious, perfect for our family of six. It truly felt like a home away from home. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Good condominium with gym and pool. Quiet neigborhood almost without tourists. 7Eleven and a lot of restaraunts 15 minutes away. Clear check-in instructions and overall communication with the host

I had a wonderful stay at this place at Sukhumvit 77 area. The apartment was exactly as described—clean, modern, and very comfortable. Being on a high floor, the view from the bedroom at night was absolutely stunning—Bangkok’s skyline lit up beautifully and created a calm, peaceful vibe that made it easy to unwind after a long day. The location is very convenient with easy access to restaurants, local shops, and public transport. The building itself felt safe and well-maintained, with great amenities and friendly staff. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. I appreciated the small thoughtful touches in the apartment, which made it feel like a home away from home. The condo complex has everything you might need: a grocery store, restaurants, massage places, and nearby markets, a food court, a shopping mall, and a BTS station. It’s a bit far from Bangkok’s nightlife. The apartment is small but well equipped, with even a workspace for a laptop. However, I wouldn’t recommend it for remote work - the desk and chair aren’t ergonomic, and longer sessions can cause back issues. Overall, a nice spot if you don’t want to stay in central BKK.

This was my first solo trip ever... Frank has been an amazing host, very reliable, very trustworthy, very easy to communicate. The place is very near to bts sky train , everything is easily accessible. The price is also very very reasonable.This place felt like my own home more than anything else. can't wait to be back here again soon. Much love & Cheers to this life

The host is extremely responsive and even so helpful in all matters. The area is just awesome if you want real authentic Bangkok. BTS Udom suk is 3 minutes walk away. And outside you’ll just have everything you need from markets, supermarkets to restaurants, massage and even bars. This area became my new favorite in Bangkok! Very recommendable!

This is my 2nd time staying here! The host and the housekeeper is considerate and caring as always. The place is quiet, well maintained even after the earthquake and very clean What’s included for how much I paid for is incredible! The location near BTS, the awesome laundry machine, and the amazing view! Will definitely stay here again.

The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay—comfortable beds and a fully functional kitchen. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions for check-in. For future stays, it would be great to have a kettle in the kitchen for making tea or coffee, and a small foot towel in the bathroom would be a thoughtful addition. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. I would definitely book it again in the future!

Very nice place it was clean and had good instructions on how to check in, was a little far from everything and kind of secluded but that was on are part for not doing are research, everything in the area including bts was a bit of a walk or drive. But is a nice area and a peaceful place.
