Holiday rentals with beach access in San Benedetto del Tronto

The house is beautiful, super tidy and minimal... five minutes' walk from the sea... quiet area with excellent restaurants... host always responsive and friendly... with super flexible check-in and out... we will definitely be back... super great experience

The apartment is very spacious, tidy, clean and very comfortable. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are spotless and spacious. It has everything! The location is very good, it is facing the sea, the view is beautiful. The train that crosses the city passes behind and is somewhat noisy, but tolerable. At night you can go for a walk and enjoy the restaurants that are on the beach, everything is close.

Great location in a beautiful resort area. Very nice, clean, comfortable apartment for a couple. We really liked that pets are allowed. There is a terrace with a view of the sea, which is always nice for spending evenings and watching the sun set. It is valuable that the apartment has air conditioning. The beach is within walking distance, and there are at least 3 shopping centers just a few minutes away from the apartment. If you want a clean, cozy apartment with comfortable beds, I highly recommend it. I would gladly visit again myself.

An apartment with absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. Complete equipment in excellent condition. Personal hygiene products as well as household products and basic condiments in the kitchen. We stayed there for two weeks and felt at home. A perfect central location close to beaches, restaurants and all shops. Everything is perfectly accessible without a car, but if you have one, the private parking space is right in front! The terrace is absolutely appreciable and everything is very quiet at night. Bruno is an extremely kind and dedicated host!! A delicate attention awaited us in the cool on arrival, much appreciated!! We highly recommend it and will not hesitate to return.

What about Mrs. Manuela and her home ...... simply BEAUTIFUL. Manuela makes you feel at home right away, very helpful, nice and takes care of you not as a guest but as a family; I really appreciate those who welcome you with a smile, who makes you feel not as a stranger but as a friend and who comes to greet you in person. The house is the image of the lady, cozy, true and sincere; it faithfully matches the offers and the photos/description she has. The full and spacious kitchen, two great rooms and a functional bathroom; everything clean and tidy and with the possibility of walking to the sea and walking. IF you want to move a great point a few kilometers from the highway and the junction to Ascoli.

We went to a wedding in a castle near by and had a wonderful stay in the condo. We loved the location and view of the sea!! Thank you all so much!!

Our experience at this property was extremely positive; Marcello's welcome was undoubtedly perfect; nice, polite and very clear in the directions. The cleanliness of the apartment is perfect; the bathroom is very clean, the bed, sheets and wardrobe are equally so, and this is not a given, as we have unfortunately been able to ascertain in other properties. The location is strategic, quiet but at the same time very close to the village and beaches, reachable in a few minutes on foot. Beautiful apartment, decorated in an Italian style. Very clean. Fully equipped, the apartment had everything you needed and even more. Great location, 3-minute walk to the sea, max. 10 minutes to the center. In a quiet neighborhood. Ms. Simonetta is very nice and communicative. At the very beginning, she showed us places to go, recommended the best restaurants, and even ordered a taxi to the airport for a specific time. We are very pleased and we will definitely stay there when we visit Pescarze.

Since I had a wedding in Pescara, I decided to indulge in some relaxation among the olive trees of Silvi... The house is beautiful and clean, in a relaxing and quiet area! Brunella and Gaetano were kind and helpful hosts, they gave me tips on where to get the best brunch, the nearest beaches and the most interesting places to see in the surrounding area. The hammock overlooking the sea was my favorite part of the house!!

Our family vacation experience with three small children was pleasant and positive. The house and the large garden are cared for and comfortable to stay. The house is cozy and also equipped with games and beautiful children's books. We moved by car to go to the sea and visit the surroundings, but if you want, you can also get around by bike. Elisa is very friendly and helpful, ready to solve any inconvenience. The neighbors are also friendly and it was a pleasure to chat with them.

A perfect experience, always clean and accurate communication with the host. All expectations have been met and in some cases exceeded!

Great place to stay with my girlfriends for our little beach trip. Within walking distance to the beach, and centre of town. Couple of supermarkets nearby, plenty of space, two bathrooms, extremely clean. Needing a little TLC as property is an old Italian style apartment, but couldn’t fault it really. Excellent! The hosts are around the corner, easy to communicate with, beautiful and quiet. Large American style fridge freezer, kitchen has everything you need. They left some breakfast for us, water in the fridge, and what strike me the most the apartment was extremely clean!!!!! Large balcony, blackout rail in shades.. You won’t be disappointed! Enjoy

We enjoyed this place very much. What's really outstanding is the amenities. Vacuum cleaner, dishes, pots, bed linens, towels, washing machine detergent, toilet paper rolls and garden furniture were provided. You really don't need to bring anything from home. The place is well maintained and the location is perfect. Right in the center and a 6-minute walk to the sea. Always happy to come back. Always available for questions from Judith. We were 2 adults and 2 children (7 and 1 years old) and we were comfortably at Ilaria's house. She welcomed us in person and was very kind, responsive and helpful with the schedules. There was a high chair in the house but not a cot (as indicated to us): we brought a camping cot that we always kept open in the living room, without causing any inconvenience. The kitchen and bathroom were equipped with everything you needed. The garden is really large, with the possibility of eating outside, but in the house it was cooler (without turning on the air conditioning, which was available anyway). In Grottammare, having a house near the sea also means having the railway that literally passes behind the house: this was not a problem because the sound was quite muffled by the barriers but above all there were no vibrations in the house. A private parking space is available for the car. As for the sea and beach, they are really super! The free beach is also just a few steps away. So, great experience, thanks Ilaria!

Beautiful view, very responsive hosts. Omar and Silvia kindly let us borrow bikes during our stay and the town is very walkable and bikable. The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is great for watching the sunrise, and we got to see a storm roll by.

It was a wonderful weekend ( we immediately regretted that it was so short). Right from the start we were wonderfully looked after, Francesca was already waiting for us on the street, checking that we were ok. Thanks to her warm welcome despite my health problems, I knew straight away that it was going to be wonderful. Flat great, clean, spacious, 2 bathrooms!!! Water, magdalens, coffee everything is there to start the day well. Super fragrant toiletries in the shower, large towels. Sea view from the balcony.... Close to the beach. I recommend with all my heart and Francesca and the flat. We will 100% come back.😍🥰😍🥰
