We had an amazing stay at Vonda’s condo in the Pilar community. The condo was spotless, with a full kitchen that made it easy to cook and enjoy meals at home. The furniture was very comfortable, and the king-size bed with quality linens made for a great night’s sleep. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the space cool and comfortable throughout our stay. Pilar itself is a wonderful and welcoming community—peaceful, friendly, and beautifully maintained. The beach is absolutely stunning—soft sand, clear water, and unforgettable dolphin sightings early in the morning. The water temperature was perfect for swimming and relaxing. We truly have no complaints. Everything was just as described, and even better in person. We’ll definitely be back!

The condo is better than the pictures. Located right off the beach, the views are amazing. The Condo is spotless and is really well furnished. Ron is very responsive. Everyone loved it. I highly recommend staying there.

El alojamiento está muy limpio, dentro de un coto lo que permite que sea muy seguro. En las fotos se ve un poco más grande de lo que es, pero las habitaciones si son tal cual se muestran, la llegada es sencilla, para llegar a descansar estar perfecto

We've stayed in many properties in Condominios Pilar for nearly 30 years. This condo was one of our favorites. It's in the northernmost corner of the Pilar property, so its a little further walk to the pool or main office, but it's very conveniently located to the parking area. This made the unloading and loading in the summer heat and humidity (the worst part of our annual vacation) very easy. The gated porch was ideal for managing our small dog and my toddler during the daily excursions to and from the beach. Everything indoors is well maintained and functions well. Lynn was very responsive throughout our stay. The water went out the morning after we arrived and I messaged Lynn - we quickly found out many condos were impacted and she was able to inform us that the property was managing an issue with the generators and that it was going to be resolved shortly. Her attentiveness and clearly positive relationship with Pilar brings a great peace of mind. Look forward to renting again!

Marvida Penthouse was amazing. The directions finding it were a bit confusing. For anyone reading this the entrance to the door that leads to the front door is to the left of the sushi restaurant! We circled for at least 20min trying to find it. The apartment and the view of the marina are gorgeous, we especially loved that the adjoining apartment which allowed for both of our groups to have their own space. Ramon was very responsive and nice. Will definitely be back for next year’s Eterno Music Festival!

We had an awesome stay—my family absolutely loved it! The place was clean, comfortable & easy check-in, and had everything we needed. The host was truly the best: super responsive and helpful throughout our visit the onsite store was closed the majority of the time, but would definetly stay again

Amazing stay! The beachfront condo was in the perfect location—just steps from great restaurants and bars. The views were absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. Highly recommend!

Steven was very friendly and helpful—he met us and guided us to the condo, walked us through describing its features, and took us to our parking location. We had no issues with our stay though it was slightly noisy on Saturday night—no fault of the owners. We enjoyed looking out over the marina watching boats come and go.

Highly recommend this Airbnb! The location is fantastic, and the price is great for the size and number of guests – ideal for families. The condo is well-equipped, and Gabriel is a very attentive host with excellent recommendations. The standout feature is definitely the balcony view – the dock right in front with the iconic San Carlos mountains in the background is simply stunning. For a memorable stay in San Carlos, look no further.

Nos encantó pasar unos días aquí. Tiene una vista preciosa al mar y la zona está tranquila. Para mejorar podría decir que hace falta cambiar las toallas por unas mejores. Fuera de ahí lo recomiendo mucho

The perfect family-friendly place to stay. The house was fully stocked with towels, beach items, and kitchen tools. Natalie was the perfect host and my family was able to make beautiful memories thanks to the location and amenities. We will be back!

Awesome location. From the pictures, we only thought it had 1 bathroom, but were surprised to see that it had 2. Extremely comfortable stay and very attentive host.
