The house is very nice, in the middle of the mountains, it has a little garden, if you travel with kids is great, and for us, we had breakfast outside. Bedrooms comfortable and Andrea was always helpful. Thanks!

Overall, a good stay. The host was friendly and responsive, which made check-in and communication easy. The place looked like the photos and was clean and comfortable for a short visit. A solid option for travelers looking for a simple and convenient stay.

Great accommodation, well located in the center of Villapiana lido, equipped with everything you need and very clean. You can walk comfortably to both restaurants and the sea. There is a pedestrian crossing not indicated by the various navigators to reach the beach, it takes about 3 minutes on foot. Same for evening walks on the waterfront. Services such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. As per the description, there is private parking, during our stay (1 week) we never used the car. Giuliano is a very active Host, all our questions were answered almost immediately. It will definitely be a place to come back to.

I spent close to 2 weeks recently at Laura’s place and I must say I found the home to be pleasantly immaculate in every way. The pictures she posted of the homes interior were just the way I found it upon my arrival. Everything was operational, modern, up to date, sanitary, convenient with the use of electronic keys, gate openers and WiFi; the place was obviously well kept. Although not absolutely necessary, a car is very helpful to get about for shopping and enjoying the nearby beaches as it is very pleasantly secluded and quiet. I hope everyone doesn’t rush out too often and too long to stay at this place, as I will be looking to come back for future visits if the home is available…thank you very much Laura!

Really lovely little house. A real house in the mountains. We were even lucky it snowed and the little house became even more evocative. Gianluca was very kind and hospitable and provided us with all kinds of comforts and directions to enjoy the weekend. Clean, well equipped, nothing was missing. It was truly a beautiful stay. I recommend it and hope to be back soon!

Had an amazing stay. Lorenzo’s place is right in the centre of the historic district. Easy access to everything we needed. Many stairs up to his place from the piazza wouldn’t work for someone with mobility issues. Will stay there again when we come back to Scalea!

We really enjoyed our stay in Elio‘s Airbnb. The house is very well equipped with many bedrooms, bathrooms, a kitchen where you can prepare breakfast / small dinner and air condition in every bedroom & living room. The communication with Elio was easy and he gave us very good instructions to find the Airbnb. Would definitely recommend to others!

Our stay at Martina's villa was amazing. The listing is located in a beautiful environment, surrounded by citrus fruits, set back from the road. It's new, spacious, and very stylish. The care taken in every little detail made us feel at home from the time we arrived. It has a beautiful terrace where we enjoyed the soothing setting and the freshness of the vegetation that surrounds it. On the other hand, Martina welcomed us very warmly and was a great tip for us to discover Rossano and its surroundings. Charming beaches can be reached in a few minutes by car. This is undoubtedly one of our best Airbnb experiences. Thank you Martina!

The stay at Giuseppe's place was excellent. This is a large house with large rooms, very spacious and clean. The pool is excellent and clean. The garden is very well maintained. The play facilities are excellent for children. Communication with Giuseppe was good, especially with Google Translate. Giuseppe was constantly interested if we needed help with anything, and even helped us order a pizza from a restaurant near the place. The value is very good for the price.

Very nice and pretty location, in the middle of the Olivers and pine trees. Simple but very pleasant accommodation. Very well-maintained and very quiet swimming pool. A little haven of peace that we left with regret. Salvatore is always responsive. The lady and her husband who lives on the property are very kind. Looking forward to coming back someday. We recommend it without a hassle.

We were allowed to spend a week in this beautiful villa The view of the lake is incredibly beautiful. The owners and Antonio who took over the check in were always approachable and gave us great tips on beaches restaurants, etc. Regards, Family König

Annalisa's place was very comfortable with plenty of room for our family to feel relaxed and each of us having private space in the house. The view is beautiful of the sea and it's great that there are decks on both bedrooms on the second floor. We had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed all of the amenities of the home. It was difficult for us to find the place initially. If you visit know that you must drive all the way up to the top of the hill to find the development. The easy access to the pool was great and when we visited the pool it felt like we had our own private pool. Thank you very much Annalisa for hosting us!

A very nice stay - clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great swimming pool. The best part is the beautiful sea just a short 3-minute walk away. There are also newly opened supermarkets and very cosrestaurants in the area.

Our stay at Constantino was exceptional and went far beyond our expectations. Upon arrival we instantly received a room upgrade, as there had been difficulties with our former room. The staff welcomed us with open arms and made us feel at home. The room contained all the necessary features. Our several dinners and lunches at their own restaurant granted us a great dining experience, making our stay unique and memorable. The food was delicious and beyond that sustainable. The villa also provided us with exquisite scenic views and a clean pool. We were also very glad that the towels were exchanged every 3 days. They also offer the possibility of booking breakfast, which we took advantage of and had every day. It is possible to have a sweet or a savory breakfast. Furthermore, we had no difficulties finding our way from the main station to the villa, however it comes in handy to have access to a car in order to be able to go to the 10km far away beach or to explore Calabria.💚🤍❤

Baita Marilù is an enchanting place surrounded by greenery overlooking Lake Arvo. Its location is perfect: surrounded by the green of the mountain but close to the town center that you can enjoy the main services (market, restaurants, shops and scenic routes). The cabin is in great condition and equipped with everything you need to live the experience of staying in a traditional mountain house without sacrificing modern conveniences. Well furnished, well heated, clean and super cozy. Mariagrazia is a fantastic host: kind, helpful and very attentive to the needs of guests. I hope to be back soon.

We were Fabrizio's guests and actually more than guests we really felt at home! The house is really cared for in every detail and everything is in its place, just like any self-respecting grandmother would want. He left us wood to keep us warm and everything we needed to spend 3 carefree days. The view from the kitchen, and moreover during New Year's Eve, was something magical and indescribable. We stayed 10 days with my girlfriend at Tiffany's home and we felt really welcomed by her family, they picked us to the Casolare and shown us around. The place it's big, cozy and it was spotless when we arrived. Tiffany's family were super nice and eager to help and answer all the questions we came up with. If you wanna have a rent big house with a nice view to the Calabrian sea and live a full italian experience this place may be perfect for you.

The great location of the apartment. It's comfortable. Easy to access. No difficulties in transit Close to Historic Cosenza. Quick access to other nearby towns and highways. Comfortable and complete bathroom Large room with plenty of space to store clothes. A very nice terrace to appreciate the city. When we return to Consenza, we will rent this apartment again.

This is a very beautiful, top floor, private space with a lovely view from the patio. Bruna and her daughter were wonderful hosts, making sure we had all the basics as well as breakfast and beverages. They prepared recommendations of nearby restaurants and it turns out the restaurant suggested "A Cantina Cosentina" was our favorite meal of the trip. There is an electric gate for the parking area and we felt very secure. There are 3 rooms, each with its own private bathroom and shower. One of the many extras that we really enjoyed.… Bruna encouraged us to pick lemons from the tree downstairs. It was the freshest and sweetest lemonade ever! We would highly recommend Bruna's place if you need a nice place to stay in the Cosenza area.

Hi Giulio and Francesca, our stay was really enjoyable! The apartment is cozy and well organized, with many useful spaces to arrange your things. The heating works perfectly and, despite the fact that the bathroom is small, it meets all your needs. We would just like to suggest a couple of small improvements that could make the experience even more comfortable for future guests: a better quality for pillows and mattress would make the rest even more enjoyable; it would be helpful to find some cooking essentials, such as dish soap, oil, salt, sugar, and maybe a little coffee.
