A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

A house designed to pamper and pamper yourself, equipped with everything you need for days of relaxation, peace, discovery and tenderness. The house is in the heart of Tivoli, in the medieval neighborhood: very close to clubs and villas, but sheltered from noise. It is located on the second floor, accessed from a dozen period steps, quite steep. 350m from the house is a comfortable multi-story parking lot.

Wow wow wow! What a beautiful place to stay! We stayed in Letizia’s apartment for a few days and I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Coming from busy Rome, this was the perfect place to slow down and unwind. The village and scenery, were stunning, just so so beautiful. Our favourite part of the day was sitting on the balcony and having breakfast with most amazing view. There’s a small beach with a pontoon a small walk away, great for swimming. Cute cafe/restaurant around the corner, great for coffee or a casual lunch/dinner. We rented a car for our time here (an absolute must in my opinion). The village has a small shop but you would need to travel to a supermarket to eat properly. Absolutely recommend this place, Letizia was also very helpful and accommodating.

Danilo was gentleman from the start and helped us with everything we needed to know (parking, gelateria, etc.) Danilo’s place is clean, very comfortable, peaceful, and in a prefect location. The art in the apartment is great, IYKYK. You can see they take pride and care about their visitors. Thank you, Danilo and Patrizia. Highly recommend.

The landlady and her son have always been present and timely, for any need we had, even if not in person. The accommodation is cozy, clean and simple, equipped with all the necessary comforts, suitable for a couple visiting Rome. It is 40 minutes by car from the comfortable stations of Porto Lungo or Lodi, where you can leave the car and you can find unpaid parking with ease. (Holidays do not pay for parking on holidays). Taking metro A (Orange) and getting off to TERMS you can get anywhere you want, since it is a crossroads with the other two metro B and C, which take you in front of all the main attractions of Rome. I forgot, peaceful and peaceful village. Thank you.

It has been one of my best Airbnb experiences! Vittorio and his family are so friendly and offered to pick me up at the station, Grazie for that again! The place itself is so pretty as shown in the photo, very Italian holiday vibe. There are a lot of restaurants with just a few minutes walk. Definitely recommend it! And I’d love go back:)

A fabulous place to stay in Tivoli. The train was about a 10 minute walk and could take you to Rome quickly but being able to return to the place in Tivoli was the best. Lots of shopping and sights to see in Tivoli!
