It feels really in the country when entered. Especially the smell, very fresh, especially when you're grilling. It's worth it kc you can save on transpo because it's really within meters. Super place and rooms! She's perfect for me especially if I'm really artistic. Exceeded my expectation! Patrick was soo nice and I didn't rush to pay for additional heads. Perfect!

The place and ambiance inside is great. The thing is when you enter the property there are 2 stairs so old people or disabled are not advisable to stay to this property.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Asraya! the place is cozy enough for group of 15 pax and above and the amenities are just what we needed. Perfect for a short getaway!

I’d love to commend the following: - The whole Airbnb is Air conditioned. - They are very responsive & helpful. - Wifi is fast, TV Apps has subscriptions, and working speakers + microphone. - Squeaky Clean in first floor - Many rooms & has a balcony. - CareTaker is really helpful & knowledgeable (take note, she’s new but will do anything she can to assist) A few downsides that the owner can improve on: - Some linens have visible blood stain - Water is poor (even the pool. It has strong chlorine/zonrox? idk. It will make your hair dry) That’s it. I think if you are looking for a place to stay/chill with your small barkada, I’ll recommend the place! Since it has all that you’ll need. But if you are looking for a resort, and all of you will swim.. You might want to check another bnb. But overall, our stay is enjoyable & unforgettable. The price is actually a great deal! Especially if you are going to consider all the amenities that you’ll get :)

We stayed here because it was super close to the concert venue were we work, and for that purpose, it was perfect. The place itself was fine for a short stay. Would recommend if you're looking for convenience over amenities. Precilla is a good host.

Divinia is by far the best host I have ever found. She is the model for all others, there really is no comparison, no one else even comes close. She also has a super efficient support team that instantly solves problems, satisfies requests, going above and beyond. She seems to be the most wonderfully competent, and professional, host in the much of the world.

I was initially skeptical about booking due to a recent review mentioning issues with the AC and lack of drinking water, but I’m glad I gave it a chance. Those concerns have clearly been addressed — the AC worked perfectly during my stay, and there was drinking water provided in the unit. Overall, it was a great experience. The unit is aesthetically pleasing, clean, and comfortable. Definitely a 5-star stay!

Bigger than what we expected. Complete amenities. My only concern was the aircon is not that cold. Buti na lang at may electric fan. Even refunded the cleaning fee since we extended. We had a bad experience with another unit the other day, so we decided to book a new one and we’re so glad we found this place! From the moment we arrived, everything felt so much better. The space looked exactly like the photos, and it instantly gave us a sense of comfort and relief. One of the first things I noticed was the gigantic TV -- it was such a treat to just relax and watch shows. The PS4 was a fun bonus too! The internet was fast and reliable, which made the stay even better. It really helped make up for the disappointment we had before. Mikki was very responsive and polite, and he made sure to explain everything clearly. Ate Aida was warm, cheerful, and incredibly hospitable -- exactly the kind of experience we look for when booking an Airbnb. Plus, the price was super affordable for what we got. We’re definitely recommending this place to friends and family, and we’ll be booking again in the future for sure! 😁

I had a very comfortable stay at John’s condo unit. The location is excellent-very close to UP, Ateneo, and UP Town Center, making it convenient for both leisure and errands. The building has good security, which made me feel safe throughout my stay. John was a very responsive host, always quick to reply and helpful with any questions. The amenities were exactly as listed, and everything worked well, contributing to a pleasant experience. The only minor downside was some construction happening on the ground floor of the building during my stay. However, it was not very disturbing and did not significantly affect my comfort. Overall, I highly recommend John’s condo for anyone looking for a convenient, secure, and comfortable place to stay near these key locations.
