Apartment holiday rentals in San Juan

Diane is a great host and excellent proactive communication. The place was great in every way, and just as expected from description and information from her.. don’t hesitate to book this spot.

Raquel's place was perfect for our stay, with a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable bed and sheets. It was great having a washer AND dryer in the unit. The location in Los Yoses and near Escalante was a real plus. We have found that generally you don't need air conditioning in San Jose, but it was nice to be able to turn it on for 15 minutes or so, when the heat and humidity was a little high. I think we used it twice in our 17 days there. A great place to stay and we loved being on the 20th floor. Note that there is a train that goes by the front of the building and if the door to the balcony is open it is loud. However, for some reason it never bothered us. It stopped at bedtime. We would definitely stay again.

I said that Giovanni’s during my first trip to Costa Rica. Location was great. There were tons of things to do nearby. The building is very secure and the food was really good. Downstairs at the pasta bar, but also nearby restaurants never takes more than four or five minutes for an Uber to arrive at the condo. Definitely work. Price and I will definitely stay there again. Next time that I’m in San Jose.

Wonderful artistic apartment! It was so elegantly decorated with a touch of humor. I enjoyed my stay and loved playing the records while reading the lovely books from their library. Kitchen was stocked with all the necessary essentials to cook. I highly recommend this place for a special experience. Host was great with communication and the security guards were helpful and friendly.

Secrt is definitely a gem. Wendy's apartment is an experience from comfort to excellent views of the metropolis. Being able to use all the building's amenities is a plus and the heated pool is great. Although we didn't buy anything, Wendy had amenities on hand for sale, which we think is an excellent and interesting proposal. Wendy was friendly from the start. An excellent choice.

Great place nice building and friendly!!

we ran into a major snag that was not at all the fault of the host, but people should be aware and hopefully the building will communicate better in the future. Management posted in the elevator that power would be out from 7:30-8:30 in the morning on Easter Sunday. Inconvenient enough, but electricity (elevators) we're not restored until about 12:15! We had luggage and are both disabled. So we were stuck. There was also no communication from the building that it would have extend that long past the scheduled time. otherwise perhaps we could have hired someone to help? So we missed expensive flights for 3 people, and also expensive, important medical appointments in Mexico. I think we had some insurance so will probably get some reimbursement, and the hosts were very generous and offered to help. I assume this was an unusual situation. Aside from that, this is a beautiful apartment and wonderful building. Views from Secrt Sabana and Sky Garden in mornings are spectacular.

This place we loved traveling with the family and with our pet, the location is excellent, the park is next door and the place is very safe for walking, there are restaurants right next door and it's close to everything

Lymon is beyond exceptional as a Host and as an individual. Every time I sent a message to Lymon he responded quickly. The building is very secure with a guard at the front gate. Location is central and was just what I needed. I had just underwent major surgery. The second day at his flat I realized I needed support and help. I messaged Lymon via Airbnb - my crisis number at the time and within 30 minutes someone was at my door to help me! Edith, my angel, is so awesome! She truly is a gem; she helped me with everything in the condo and came by twice a day to make sure I was ok. I did pay her; that’s just normal. I am so very grateful and privileged to have met these 2 special souls. If you have any questions let me know!

This was perfect for an overnight stay. The apartment was clean and well decorated. It had everything we needed. The neighborhood was so adorable. We went for a late afternoon walk and admired the houses in the neighborhood, feeling safe and peaceful. Pav kindly greeted us upon our arrival and allowed us an early check in, making us feel welcome. We had our own parking space right near the apartment so we could easily walk up one floor and into the apartment. It was very nice to hear the river as we drifted off to sleep and awoke to the songs of birds. It was a lovely experience and we will definitely stay here the next time we are in the area.

Norman was very communicative and helpful throughout my stay. Great location, great restaurants.

The apartment is spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Plenty of room in closet and dresser for clothes. Nice pool area with pool towels in apartment. Neighborhood is upscale and safe. Fresh Market grocery store about a block away through a park. Can walk to the National Museum of Costa Rican Art passed the stadium and through Sabana Park. Can walk to car rentals as well. Good restaurants… Naan and Curries for Indian, Matsuri for sushi, Veranito for poke bowls, Stella Ristorante for Italian. Highly recommend.

I had the most amazing stay at this Airbnb in San Jose! The apartment was absolutely perfect—clean, stylish, and super comfortable. The building itself was beautiful and felt very secure, with great amenities. One of the best parts was the location—surrounded by walkable streets, cute cafes, restaurants, and shops all just steps away. Everything I needed was within reach, and it made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here if you want the perfect mix of comfort and convenience! I’ll be back!!

Very cozy

I have been in this apartment from January to June (with only an intermediate month outside), so that already says a lot: if I stayed so long it is because it is wonderful. The place is spotless, one of the best apartments that can be rented in the area. Ideal for one or two people, very comfortable, perfectly equipped and well organized. Mario, the host, has always been attentive, decisive and attentive to any details. Communication has been excellent from day one. I would repeat without hesitation!

The apartment is in a new modern building with multiple elevators, great parking space, great views of the city. 24 hours security, clean all around, friendly people very quiet and an attendant super host. The condo is a spacious two bedrooms apartment with television in every room. Master bedroom with walk in closet and big bathroom. Second bedroom also very nicely decorated. I will rent this place again if I return back to Costa Rica.
