I've stayed at three different luxury buildings in San Jose and this was by far the best. The location is central, and you have all the trappings of a resort at your disposal: two pools, a gym, sauna and lovely rooftop spaces for working and lounging, with great views. There's an upscale food court across from the building, where everything is excellent, including the coffee at Cafe Etiopia, and even a small convenience store. The place costs a little bit more than some like it, but we were glad to have the two bathrooms. We discovered a bunch of "hidden" amenities, like umbrellas, rain ponchos, and extra chargers. In the kitchen you even have an air fryer, blender, and toaster. Communication with the host was cordial and prompt. We'd not only come back again, but would buy a condo just like this one if we hit the lottery.

Excelente lugar, fotografías coinciden con el apartamento, fácil acceso, el host muy atento. Recomendado.

Las fotos del apto no le hacen justicia, supero mis expectativas. Todo en el apto se ve muy moderno, Yanitxa tuvo muy lindos detalles y brinda unas instrucciones super claras para accesar el lugar, etc El sonido del rio es un extra, muy bonito. Un lugar muy centrico, restaurantes y supermercados a pasos caminando, mucha seguridad en el lugar. 100% recomendado

This apartment is the one I would like to stay at every time I have to go to San Jose. After a busy day in the city, it's the perfect place to relax and rest, it is very quiet neighborhood and the location is very convenient as it is very easy to get to. The kitchen is well equipped, with good stainless steel pots so I would have even be able to cook a meal! Very comfortable bed, a perfect walk-in closet and all the appliances I needed. Sheyla is very helpful and attentive, she replies promptly to all messages and is very kind! I highly recommend this apartment and hope to be able stay here on my next trip to San José!

Lymon is beyond exceptional as a Host and as an individual. Every time I sent a message to Lymon he responded quickly. The building is very secure with a guard at the front gate. Location is central and was just what I needed. I had just underwent major surgery. The second day at his flat I realized I needed support and help. I messaged Lymon via Airbnb - my crisis number at the time and within 30 minutes someone was at my door to help me! Edith, my angel, is so awesome! She truly is a gem; she helped me with everything in the condo and came by twice a day to make sure I was ok. I did pay her; that’s just normal. I am so very grateful and privileged to have met these 2 special souls. If you have any questions let me know!

This was an excellent unit. Much cozier and comfortable than many I’ve stayed in. When I arrived, there was a broken window shade. I let the host know and they immediately offered to fix it! They were also very understanding when I broke a pitcher of water on the ground. Thanks!

Raquel's place was perfect for our stay, with a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable bed and sheets. It was great having a washer AND dryer in the unit. The location in Los Yoses and near Escalante was a real plus. We have found that generally you don't need air conditioning in San Jose, but it was nice to be able to turn it on for 15 minutes or so, when the heat and humidity was a little high. I think we used it twice in our 17 days there. A great place to stay and we loved being on the 20th floor. Note that there is a train that goes by the front of the building and if the door to the balcony is open it is loud. However, for some reason it never bothered us. It stopped at bedtime. We would definitely stay again.

sin lugar a duda me vuelvo a quedar aquí! viajé por trabajo con mi familia y llevábamos bebé de 4 meses, el alojamiento fue perfecto para mí y para mí familia, Leidy nuestra anfitriona fue tan atenta que hasta nos llegó a dejar una cuna portátil. El apartamento tiene todo lo que se necesita en el dia a día, una cocina completamente equipada, las camas y las almohadas son muy confortables y la ropa de cama era blanca y estaba impecable (eso para mí es demasiado importante). la limpieza de todo el apartamento también fue impecable. el edificio tiene en la entrada un mini comercial con farmacia y un market muy completo. las amenidades del edificio son lindas, lo único es que la piscina no es climatizada y no logramos meter a nuestro bebé pero para adultos o niños de más de un año es perfecta. agradecemos todas las atenciones de Leidy y recomendamos ampliamente este apartamento.

I said that Giovanni’s during my first trip to Costa Rica. Location was great. There were tons of things to do nearby. The building is very secure and the food was really good. Downstairs at the pasta bar, but also nearby restaurants never takes more than four or five minutes for an Uber to arrive at the condo. Definitely work. Price and I will definitely stay there again. Next time that I’m in San Jose.

Wonderful artistic apartment! It was so elegantly decorated with a touch of humor. I enjoyed my stay and loved playing the records while reading the lovely books from their library. Kitchen was stocked with all the necessary essentials to cook. I highly recommend this place for a special experience. Host was great with communication and the security guards were helpful and friendly.

Todo muy bien. Al baño le faltaba un poquito de limpieza (estaban los sobres de shampoo usados del cliente anterior) y uno de los ventiladores no funcionaba. Por lo demás el lugar es extraordinario. La relación precio calidad excelente y también es totalmente tranquilo, sin ruidos, sin desorden y de mucha clase. Sin dudarlo lo recomiendo y cuando toque regresar me quedo allí nuevamente

we ran into a major snag that was not at all the fault of the host, but people should be aware and hopefully the building will communicate better in the future. Management posted in the elevator that power would be out from 7:30-8:30 in the morning on Easter Sunday. Inconvenient enough, but electricity (elevators) we're not restored until about 12:15! We had luggage and are both disabled. So we were stuck. There was also no communication from the building that it would have extend that long past the scheduled time. otherwise perhaps we could have hired someone to help? So we missed expensive flights for 3 people, and also expensive, important medical appointments in Mexico. I think we had some insurance so will probably get some reimbursement, and the hosts were very generous and offered to help. I assume this was an unusual situation. Aside from that, this is a beautiful apartment and wonderful building. Views from Secrt Sabana and Sky Garden in mornings are spectacular.

Wir waren super zufrieden mit dem Apartment in Alajuela! Alles war sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Die Lage ist top, und der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Absolut empfehlenswert!
