Amazing apartment and even more amazing hosts. The apartment is super cozy and clean! I felt right at home. It is very central to all the fun nightlife in Viejo San Juan, yet still quiet enough when you enter that it makes for a great balance. Shara was very responsive and friendly to talk with. 10/10 and I recommend for any stays in Viejo San Juan!

Good place to stay for your first visit to San Juan. The burger place next door is amazing. Security on site is friendly and responsive. All around good place :)

This place is absolutely amazing. Private, tranquil, perfectly situated for walking around. The whole space is beautifully decorated and the rooftop is a slice of heaven where you can relax and enjoy the ocean breeze while you rest yourself from a long day of walking. highly recommend.

Our family of four (including a 9 year old and a 6 year old) spent spring break in Puerto Rico, and this was the perfect home base! The condo was centrally located and impeccably maintained with beautiful views of the city.

Great! Loved the location— right on the beach, quiet, great for vacation. The common space got great use and the unit was very accommodating to our large group. Would recommend!

Place is in an excellent location to walk to restaurants and the beach. The neighborhood had some water issues while we were there but Manuela was very responsive and provided water for us.

It was worth it ! Found it last minute and it was a great deal! It was absolutely beautiful! Close to the beach. A quick walk across the bridge and restaurants all nearby. It was a cute and quaint place . I’m definetly coming back and staying here !

What an awesome, eclectic apartment! Right in the middle of all the old San Juan has to offer. Cyrus went over and above in describing the place with videos, written instructions throughout the home and also a video on how to check in (you need to walk thru a small shop). Even with an unexpected 11:30pm arrival…we easily found the place, lockbox and our way into the apartment. While in the middle of bars and restaurants and lively nightlife, once in the room- we had a quiet and peaceful sleep. If you want to be in the middle of all that old San Juan has to offer…this is the place!!!

This Airbnb was everything we hoped for and more! The location couldn’t have been better just steps from the beach and surrounded by tons of great restaurants. It made everything super convenient, whether we wanted a beach day or a night out. The apartment itself was spotless and felt very welcoming. The pool was the perfect size ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach and never too crowded. One of our favorite parts was the balcony, which had a gorgeous view and was the perfect spot for morning coffee or a sunset wind down. Our host was truly fantastic, friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and comfortable stay. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Lugar tranquilo, cerca de atracciones y todo estaba limpio y ordenado.

El Airbnb está tal cual la fotos y la ubicación es la ideal ya que queda en medio de vía de acceso para llegar tanto al aeropuerto como al centro de ciudad en pocas horas. Lo de tener garaje fue un mega plus y me encantó que Keila siempre estuvo muy accesible y estuvo siempre a un chat d distancia. Mi estadía fue genial

Such a beautiful peaceful neighborhood. We loved/enjoyed our time in this beautiful lovely home. Will highly recommend staying here. The host was such an amazing & extremely helpful to our needs. Loved it loved it loved it for my first time flying to Puerto Rico…. Will definitely book again next time I come to visit again.

El apartamento es precioso, una joya, cada rincón esta muy bien decorado, las camas perfectas, el kit de cocina completísimo y ordenado, La comunicación fantástica y oportuna, incluso permitió q nos quedáramos casi dos horas más del check out estimado a las 11. El único pero, y no es culpa de Marie es el ruido normal del viejo San Juan y algunos autos (que no se como lo permiten) con un volumen de música como no lo había sentido en mi vida. Pero esto sería audible en cualquier rincón del viejo San Juan. Soy un convencido de que si se planean unas vacaciones en puerto rico, deben reservarse al menos un par de noches en el viejo San Juan y obviamente este hospedaje es de 10.

Excellent Stay! I had a wonderful time at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive. The location was perfect—close to the airport, beach, stores and supermarkets. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Was beautifully furnished, felt safe, was very clean, cool idea to have little souvenirs or bikinis/dresses available for the ladies to purchase if needed and had really amazing views.

From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was inviting—chic yet cozy, with a touch of local charm. The menu offers a fantastic blend of Puerto Rican flavors with modern twists, and every dish we tried was delicious. Highlights included the mofongo (perfectly seasoned and textured) and the fresh seafood options, which were clearly high-quality and expertly prepared. The cocktails were also outstanding—try their signature Piña Colada or one of their creative mojitos. Service was impeccable; the staff was attentive, friendly, and happy to make recommendations. The location is great too, just a short walk from the beach and other Condado hotspots. Whether you're a local or a visitor, Alejandro’s Place is a must-visit for an unforgettable dining experience. Can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!
