Miguel was always very responsive and helpful. He had an amazing home with loving neighbors and the outside patio where the pool, grill table and lounge chairs was very clean. Very spacious to have great time with your family and friends. 5stars all around. Really great guy. It’s no wonder why he is a rare find.

Samuel was very communicative & straight forward with his rules which were respected. TH e house was super clean & beautiful for all my friends to stay. very Very thankful that he let us stay till our flight left which was in the afternoon. Great house, great host & great communication

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Francheska’s. Plenty of space for my group (we each had our own room) and we loved having the pool. We appreciated that this property is within walking distance of the beach (I recommend Numero Uno Beach Club!) and a grocery store; it was also a quick Uber ride to Old San Juan. Francheska was quick to respond and ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit.

This home that we stayed in was comfortable for everyone that stayed there peaceful place! The person in charge is always there to answer our questions. I recommended that the kitchen be better equipped with mixing bowls and cookware.! other than that at the house met all our expectations!

We spent a week here with our family of 7, and this was hands down our favorite Airbnb yet! Christie’s communication and instructions were top-notch from start to finish. The photos and amenities were exactly as described—no surprises, just pure comfort. We had a blast exploring everything the island had to offer, but also truly enjoyed our relaxing days by the pool. I highly recommend this property—trust me, you won’t be disappointed!

Grisselle was very accommodating and let us go in the home 30 mins before check in, she was very quick to respond to make sure we were comfortable, and the pool was our favorite to swim in after a long day out exploring. It's close to old San Juan, beaches, restaurants, ect. There were a few nights it was a bit noisy due to motorbikes driving by but there was a door that lead to the rooms that closed to help block the noise. Highly recommended this place.

The space is beautiful and a really wonderful place to spend time in! The pool is refreshing and the bedrooms are comfortable and spacious ! Overall a fantastic experience to stay !

Harry’s place is perfect for a weekend stay. It has all the basic amenities, it’s cozy, and they’ve added thoughtful touches throughout. Check in was easy and communication was easy and clear. We would definitely recommend this place!

I've always stayed around this area but Ramon's place was just what we needed for a short weekend stay. The place was clean, he even left us a little souvenir which was a great personal touch. We felt safe all the time and I would definitely stay here again.

Lilybeth's place was an amazing find. They were so friendly and hospitable. This place was only a 6-7 minute walk away from the Old San Juan ferry, so we had a blast going every day there. There is a neat domino board and such a comfy hammock to lounge in the living room of the apartment. I will definitely be staying here at my next trip to PR. It was the perfect distance away from OSJ and all the other day trips we had across PR. Wonderful experience, truly.

Kat's place was very aesthetically pleasing, the cutest AirBNB. It was just like the images, very cozy and artsy. The place was clean and comfy! Also, she provided two beach chairs, so helpful!! Kat went above and beyond to check in with us and give us recommendations. We ate at a few of her recommendations and loved it. I haven't stayed around the area since pre-covid and while it's not as lively as it once was there's still fun places around or a super short drive away. Everything was great and we really liked being close to the beach! Thank you Kat!

Cozy colonial house with quiet neighborhood. The location is ideal and close to everything (mall, supermarket, etc). The host was friendly and responsive.

Place looks exactly like the pictures. I loved everything about it. Bathroom in master bedroom is a tad small, but it was beautiful and I loved the shower heads in both bathrooms. Everyone slept comfortably and was able to control their AC in their rooms so it’s perfect for those who sleep in different temps. Dishes were available if needed. Very kid friendly if you have any! Had multiple Bluetooth speakers available. TVs in every room. Would definitely recommend and would probably stay again!!

The neighborhood is in San Juan, close to Guaynabo and about 20 min from Viejo San Juan. It’s worth noting that it can be a bit loud at times due to passing vehicles, not extreme, and personally I am used to it, but something to keep in mind if you’re expecting a completely quiet area. So lovely. So close to everything in old San Juan, we walked everywhere! The house was very comfortable and the patio beautiful. I spent lots of time in the tub! Would definitely come back.

Jose was a great host! Very responsive and helpful with sharing information. The home was as advertised, secure, and safe. There’s a bakery a few blocks away, highly recommend! Short drive from the airport. Quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We enjoyed staying here! There was plenty of room for the six of us. The location was great - walkable to grocery store and restaurants, along with the beaches and Old San Juan. Would love to stay here again once we return to San Juan!
