Serviced apartment holiday rentals in San Juan

This ocean villa is wonderful. Steps to the beach, very private, and perfect views of pool and ocean. It’s great for a couple or couple with a child. It has everything we needed in terms of amenities.

The appartement was exactly like the pictures. Kitchen and bathroom renovated, large bedroom with huge walk-in. Brand new appliances, two flats screen tv and washing machine + dryer. The view of the pool and beach is amazing. My kids slept well on the hide bed sofa but I wouldn't recommend it for adult (confort). The entire building is under renovation but didn't bother us. We enjoyed the play game room with ping pong table, pool etc. The grocery store and drugstore was at a walking distance. I recommend and would definitely go back

I highly recommend Eileen’s place, she is such an amazing host. Always asking if everything is good, Or if you need anything at anytime let her know. She is more than willing to make your stay as comfortable as possible. 🥰 Also Gabriela ( her daughter) is such a helpful person. it was my first time in Puerto Rico and she recommended the best beaches and places to visit. They made me felt like it was my own home. The place is absolutely nice and well equipped and clean. The location is 15min away from all of the restaurants, airport and San Juan viejo!

Host made check-in easy Quick Uber ride to Old San Juan. Beach location worked. and you have Foxwoods casino right out front overall great

Beautiful & very clean place , it’s a far walk to the beach, but not too bad with car. The pool within the village is very close. Villa has all the amenities of home. Definitely recommend.

I loved this apartment. Everything was as described and in the pictures. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was prefect. Within walking distance and close to all of the best bars and restaurants in the area. All of our questions were answered promptly. Overall a wonderful experience. Would definitely stay here again.

Ubicado en una excelente zona; bonita, tranquila y agradable para caminar. Muy bonito departamento; moderno, limpio y equipado con lo necesario para pasar unos días muy a gusto. El edificio por fuera se ve algo viejo y poco cuidado, peeero cuenta con gimnasio, una alberca grande y lo mejor de todo: acceso directo al mar ! :)

Lulu was amazing, very responsive and always willing to help. The place itself was perfect, it was walking distance to the beach.

Came for NYE weekend and was so happy with the room and location. Right around the corner from the beach, and we could see fireworks from the balcony (extra perk). Will be coming back again soon!

The apartment is in a prime location with everything you need right outside your front door. Keep in mind, it’s in the heart of the most popular street in old San Juan, so expect to hear outside noise, but the rooms are far enough back in the apartment that you don’t hear anything when going to bed. Apartment had everything we needed. Gautam is a super kind and responsive host. Extra stars for him accommodating my family and our needs. Thank you!

If you're looking for the best place to stay to be close to the best beach in SJ, THIS IS IT! Close to Isla Verde. Carlos and Nubia are THE BEST HOSTS. They let me check in early and check out late. This is super rare and super nice of hosts. They are super responsive, kind and humble and will fix any issue. When first checked in there was a slight issue, and they came within an hour to fix it right away in person. They are super patient and accommodating. Water pressure could be improved but otherwise amazing place. Comfy and good view of ocean from the balcony. Recommend!!

We had a fantastic stay at Chonte’s place in Puerto Rico! Everything was exactly as described, and Chonte was an outstanding host; friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. The location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk to the beach, and the space itself was clean, comfortable, and very convenient. Having a driver and car waiting for us at the airport was a great touch and made our arrival completely stress-free. All the additional services Chonte arranged were top-notch. Compared to other places we looked at in Puerto Rico, the price was very reasonable and offered great value. I would absolutely recommend Chonte’s place to anyone visiting the area and we’d gladly stay here again!

Great time with my family! Only con was they didn’t actual clean or provide room service - they just gave us new towels.
