Studio apartment in the historic center of Naples a few steps from Garibaldi station attached to one of the oldest Neapolitan castles Castel Capuano the studio apartment is on the ground floor is equipped with all comforts air conditioning, microwave , coffee machine,mini fridge , TV there is free Wi-Fi for all our guests !!! From Laura's suite you can quickly reach all the most important sites in Naples at 20 metres there is a tourist bus stop, less than 400 metres from the ideal metro to get around!

Two rooms overlooking the sea

The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

Once our family ancestal home, it has been transformed into a charming Beach House, only a short walk from Ischia Ponte, with stunning views over the bay, the Aragonese Castle and nearby islands. Here you can experience the exciting vibe of an Italian summer or embrace the off-season coastal tranquillity of island life. Wake up to amazing sunrises, fall asleep to the sound of waves and relax on the sandy beach. Fully equipped with all modern comfort it’s your perfect home-away-from-home retreat

COMFORT HOUSE

The Holiday Home is located in a secure private residence, a few steps from the center of Pompeii and the archaeological excavations and the Sanctuary and the main means of transport. The Holiday Home inaugurated in May 2023 is equipped with private covered parking and a common garden. Inside the house you will find all the main comforts including a complete functional kitchen and a laundry area equipped with a washing machine and dryer, you can also dry on the terrace in the open air.

Villa Afrodite

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: THERE ISN’T WI-FI!!! Excellent position close to Naples (40 km) and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. The house is well illuminated and comfortable, with classy finishes. Is also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

Intere flat with three double room, kitchen, wifi and with private bathroom. Close the International Airport of Capodichino, to the train station and the historical center. Transfer Service from/to airport, port, center and train station. *NOTE* In case of 1-2 guests you will have the first room. for 3-4 guests you will have also a second room. 4-6 guests you will have also the third room. Cinzia's House

Entire apartment of about 66 square meters, independent, located on the street level of a two-story mini building. The apartment consists of a living room that also serves as a bedroom, a large fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower equipped with all amenities. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, including TV, internet, independent heating, and a hairdryer. The apartment is bright and equipped with double windows and therefore very quiet.

Pulcinella's room is in the historic center of Naples, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The accommodation has a private entrance is in a quiet place, it could be a little noisy outside, it is divided into two levels, the first consists of an air with dining room kitchen a bathroom and a double sofa bed, on the second level there is a spacious room with four beds and a balcony. Both levels are served by air conditioning and wi-fi.
