Sandra was a terrific host. her place was as described even better. beds were comfortable,lots of bathrooms, lots of outdoor seating, and pool toys and indoor and outdoor toys/games. perfect for us as we had a family wedding in the area. neighborhood was nice, quiet nearby to stores and restaurants.

April’s place was exactly as described. There are thoughtful amenities and plenty of space. The location was very convenient to the airport. After a small miscommunication, April went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable.

My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves. Everything was as advertised and the grandkids loved the pool. The house was in a great location and close to stores, entertainment and food spots. We will definitely love to stay here again Don't hesitate, go ahead and book your next vacation why Peter!

Svitlana was very nice. I love the place. She is very responsive! She is super sweet and very easy going. I have my opinions about some of the neighbors in the neighborhood but my overall stay I would say 8/10. Thank you for letting my family stay in your home. I would definitely book again just maybe one of her other properties in another location

Can't say enough about how great a host James was. He was responsive in a timely manner everytime I had a question. The place was immaculate!! A well spent Birthday getaway!!

The house was amazinggg! It was literally like a girly girl house & was super pretty and it was just so relaxing! Definitely loved the aesthetic & the pictures on the walls! Felt like I was out of town even tho I was still in jax! The pool was also veryyy pretty! If I had to stay again I most definitely would!!! 10/10!!

This turned out to be the perfect stay for a besties weekend get away. The queen bed was super comfy and the water pressure was fantastic. The shower never ran out of hot water during our stay. Everything was clean and there were extra toilet paper and trash bags available. The neighborhood is very homey and lively, seemed like a good community. I would absolutely book again if I'm ever in the city.

We enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s! The area was very cute and walkable to restaurants. Andrea and her mom Carol were both very responsive during check in and throughout our stay. The place was very comfortable and had nice eclectic furnishings. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our time at this home! The pool was very awesome, the neighbors were friendly, we spent most of our time in the back yard oasis, where we played pool and enjoyed one another. I like that there weren’t any tvs in the bedrooms, kept everyone from separating into groups but instead we were able to really spend quality time together. Great stay would definitely book this listing again in the future! Hosts was polite and responsive.

My family absolutely loved this place! It’s beautiful and was spotless. The pool and jacuzzi was amazing! Our only complaint was the master bedroom was hot and felt like there was no air flow. The overhead light and fan did not work. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and will definitely book this place again.

We had a nice stay! The location was great...loved the European Street Cafe (around the corner) and V's Pizza (just 3 blocks). Lots of shopping and restaurants walkable. The bed linens and the bath towels were very luxe. Great blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Nicely decorated. James communication was just fabulous and we easily worked our way through an issue. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking (plenty of pots/pans/plates/wine glasses/coffee cups/etc, but could use a little refresh overall. A/C and Wifi worked great, too. All in all, a good stay!

An amazing home from the curb side of the front of the house to the end of the back yard. Being from Maryland, my family wasn’t used to the friendly little backyard occupants, but that’s Florida living. Overall an amazing home. I’d certainly recommend and potentially rent there again!!!

I’m definitely coming back here again and recommending anyone who needs a place to stay.

beautiful home! our check in was delayed due to last renter not respecting home. but owner was communicating the entire time. a few things needed attention but it wasn’t the owners fault, he could have canceled stay and fixed all the damage but he didn’t and allowed us to stay. He was fast to respond to all messages and all concern were resolved with no issues. we will definitely be renting again when we come back next year!

We enjoyed a brief stay in this adorable, thoughtfully renovated home and would stay here again! The location is close to downtown Jacksonville (15 minutes) yet it’s a very peaceful, quiet neighborhood.

Absolutely one of the best stays ever! Francesca and Carlos’ home is just beautiful! We had plenty of space and the home was immaculate! From check in to check out the entire process was easy and our hosts, are most definitely Superhosts! They were extremely quick to respond and answer questions and offer information about the area to help us navigate…very helpful! All of the little touches to make you feel right at home are here. Loved being able to make coffee in the mornings at the little coffee station! We were very close to downtown and the stadium, like about 5-7 minutes and close to a number of restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

My family and I chose this place because it looked nice and cozy just like our home. It did not disappoint! Everything was nice and clean. I loved that they had the water filter jug in the refrigerator so you’re able to have cold water to drink. The street that the house resides on is very quiet! We loved that! Unfortunately, we were unable to finish our stay due to a family emergency & Allissa was very understanding and helpful! I will definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone else as well.

This home was perfect for me and my husband. The neighborhood was quiet and it’s perfect to go for walks. It felt like a home away from home. The space was clean and the location is perfect. The coffee bar and patio was the selling point for us. The owner is very responsive and helpful. I will definitely book again when I’m in the area.

My family and I loved this vacation renal. It was spacious and modern. My husband, daughter, son-in-law, grandkids (ages 7 and 12), grand-dogs and myself were all very comfortable. The pool and wildlife viewing were very entertaining. The host really thought of everything! From an abundance of pool towels and the awesome game room, we were impressed! The accommodations were fantastic. I can not say enough positive things about Shanaleigh! She was the best host and made sure we had everything we needed for a great vacation!!
