Monthly Rentals in San Martín Lachilá

The check-in was smooth and well organized via Whats App messaging. The loft/townhouse was modern, clean, and came with a well stocked welcome package of goodies :-) As noted in the amenities, there's no AC. The windows and sliding door provide ample airflow. However, the sliding door does not have a screen, which could be an issue during the bug season. It's around a 10-minute walk to the main part of San Bartolo Coyotepec, but there's a really nice restaurant and convenience store within 2 minutes.

If you require peace, tranquility, pure air, sunset views, pleasant chats, sunrises and unusual sunsets, contact with nature and disconnect from technology, with basic amenities, this is your place., my experience was excellent, what I was looking for. Wonderful attention. Amazing breakfast. I recommend it. Great hosts, thank you very much for the attention during my stay.

The rooms that Juan Manuel offers are quite spacious- our room had four beds. The dimmable lights and fan were very good touches. Also, the room was very clean. The location is on the outskirts of town, which was perfect for what we needed. For us it was not obvious how the check-in worked, but Juan Manuel responded quickly with helpful instructions.
