The place is extremely cozy, everything is very clean and tidy, and it's also quiet. Our host was very friendly and was attentive to our needs at all times. It was really like being at home, we felt very comfortable. Totally recommended 👍👌

The hostess is considerate and polite. When entering into apartment, I find heater was already turned on in a cold night. Everything was arranged nicely in the room.

There are a variety of minimarkets less than a block away to cover all kinds of needs and, if needed, transportation is available on the corner of the block.

good location, close to the subway, easy access, close to the center. the host responded quickly and very clearly, proactively. the apartment is cozy, has everything we need to feel at home. it was worth the price.

The stay was quiet, the location depends a lot on the tours you will do, if everything is fine depending on the subway, it is a great space, as it was for me!! Comfortable bedding, excellent shower, fully equipped space... it was worth it!

Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

The rooms are large and cozy, with everything you need to stay warm. Something we really appreciated was that there was food available for sale, which was ideal since we arrived late and didn't get to buy anything. The setting is beautiful, very quiet and easily accessible. The host, Carla, was incredibly kind and responded quickly to all our inquiries, helping us at all times. Their attention made a big difference in our stay. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

Perfect accommodation, great location and the space is very good! Bathroom with a very hot shower, comfortable bed, all faucets with heated water. Very close to the Santa Lúcia subway station and many markets in the vicinity.

The apartment is impeccable, I felt at home! It has all the necessary utensils for the stay, a hot shower, an air-conditioned environment, and impeccable cleanliness. Very helpful and solicitous host! The neighborhood is great and safe, and it's next to the subway station, which makes it easy to get around at low cost. Anyway, everything was wonderful!!

Accommodation just as seen in the photos! Jessica's service was excellent. We didn't have to bother her during our entire stay because everything was as offered and more! The location is perfect for not using the car and walking to the mall or green spaces. He allowed us to check out a little later, which we also really appreciate! I would definitely come back!
