Excellent place to stay in Cozumel. Very nicely furnished apartment with everything one could need. Host wast responsive, friendly and proactive. It was really nice that there was a cleaning service available as well. The facilities and location are excellent. We had a very pleasant stay.

We had a great weeks stay! Katia was our contact throughout the week. She was very responsive. Made sure we had enough linens, drinking water and other supplies. She even gave us a ride the 1st day to the grocery store! At the end of our stay she helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. The 2 beds were comfortable. The pool was very refreshing, to begin and end the day! Troy House is A+. I would definitely book here again!

Dayma’s flat is so cozy, has a great interior design and great distribution. Everything clean, including the pool and exterior furniture. High quality amenities, modern utilities and useful. She’s kind and always responsive.

this place is amazing for couples or a small family walking distance to convince stores restaurants over all places I've benn in cozumel this is the one I'd like to come back over and over !! victoria thank you very much for everything your place is amazing 👏🏼

We stayed at Fabiola’s place for 1 week while diving on Cozumel. The house was very spacious, the pool was lovely and refreshing, and Fabiola was helpful and accommodating. We rented one of her available cars, which was way quicker and easier than renting from an agency on the island and the car was clean and comfortable. She even gave us a ride back to the ferry!

Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable. Mariela nos apoyo con 2 temas que nos paso durante la estancia, adicional la hora de checkin fue flexible, algo que agradecemos mucho. Y la hicieron más agradable unos gatitos silvestres muy cariñosos y más si les ofreces comida.

Cuando vuelva a Cozumel regresaría a la misma casa, me sentí como en mi propia casa y bien recibido y atendido.

Gustavo's place was just what we needed. Don't expect 5-star service, rather authentic Mexican living in an amazing place with 5 different outdoor locations to chill. There are leaves (it's a jungle paradise), and be careful for occasional branch that may fall. It's beautiful, serene, peaceful. There were also some bugs in the back (but it's a jungle paradise and we were there in May); one of the many terraces has a bug curtain that helps manage that. It's shady in the back, full sun on the shared rooftop (we didn't see anyone else up there). It's not a tourist neighborhood FYI! I've been to Playa del Carmen 4 different times, and this place was the best! Also the best local food close-by. So relaxing, and so many birds that sing all day! We spent most of the time in the casa. Pool has to be skimmed (the yard's greenery is spectacular -> leaves), but Gustavo is very responsive and helped run the filter mid-week as well. Gustavo speaks Spanish, use Google Translate if you need it.

A fantastic apartment where we spent 3 nights with my husband and parents. It was very comfortable, fully equipped with everything we needed, with cozy mattresses and spacious parking in the building. Matt was incredibly responsive and answered any questions immediately. The rooftop pool was beautiful – a perfect place to relax at the end of the day. The location exceeded our expectations: a quiet and peaceful part of the city, yet just a 10-15 minute walk to the lively streets full of restaurants and clubs. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again. Thank you for your hospitality!

Muy cómoda y agradable. Las camas son de lo más deliciosas. una tv para cada recámara y otra en la sala, 2 baños. cocina bien equipada. Todo de muy buena calidad.Karla muy atenta siempre me respondió y ayudó a resolver los inconvenientes que solo fue el aire acondicionado, pero se resolvió el mismo día. Lo que más le agradezco es que me dejó entrar antes y hacer check out más tarde. La zona muy tranquila pero lejos del malecón aunque hay moto taxis para que te puedas mover si no rentas auto. Muy recomendable.

Our host Beto was extremely responsive and attentive to our needs. He also provided information on things to do around Cozumel and even negotiated two Catamaran trips. We sincerely hope to come back and visit this home. Some highly of Cozumel: The Money Bar, El callejón de la Diez (local eats and drink), Los tacotales (eats), Kondesa (haute eats)

fue una experiencia agradable tienes muchas comodidades mucha privacidad nadien te molesta . de regresar volveré a buscar esta casa. la seguridad excelente . las personas de mantenimiento excelente nos dejaron entrar 1 hora antes muy amables.. responden tus mensajes rápido.. en esta casa pase una de mis mejores vacaciones las piscinas completamente limpias . todo esta a tu alrededor tiendas restaurantes .

Muy bien ubicado, de fácil acceso, a menos de una cuadra de la Av principal, limpio y sobre todo una gran atención de Alberto, siempre al pendiente.

Great base in Playa. The apartments were lovely for us as two couples. Judith was very helpful with information. Would recommends to anyone - easy to walk into the main strip of playa and also close to the Ado bus terminal.

An incredible stay on the island of Cozumel! We had a wonderful stay with a SUPER host that made us feel at home! Marco greeted us personally, which is very nice and unusual these days on Airbnb. He gave us information and map orientation. I was so impressed to have the offer to make reservations for our car rental and scuba dives with some discount, too. His knowledge of the island and its history was impressive. Unique, with wonderful paintings and beautiful sculptures are in the home and garden. Cotton sheets, and beds are so comfy! A separate cottage for 2 is included The kitchen is well-equipped! There was a fruit bowl plus cold beers in the frig. What more could we wish for? Loved the warm clean pool! Each bedroom had its own balcony! Enjoyed the variety of CDs with player too. We will certainly be back and give this home a visit for weeks. Walking distance to all the good restaurants and groceries but a taxi costs just $2.50 USD in town. BIG Gracias Marco!!!!

Casa Arena was a great spot for our dive trip in Cozumel. It was peaceful and quiet, but close enough for us to easily get to restaurants in town. And Sandrine was an awesome host! Thoughtful, responsive, and helpful. Hope to be back soon.

Rosey was amazing and speaks perfect English, there is plenty of drinking water provided so no need to purchase. They provide towels for the beach, as well as plenty of towels for your stay. Hot water for showers, a/c, TV, and internet. Terrace is amazing! Pool is private just for us!

El alojamiento es super comodo y la ubicación esta muy bien. Alan super atento en todo momento; responde rapido y resolvió cualquier inquietud a la mayor brevedad posible. La zona es super tranquila y no hay molestias de ruidos ni nada! Muy muy recomendado

This home is a Paradise in the middle of the city. The moment you walk in you feel like you're in expenses hotel with beautiful marble floors and furniture. Perfect for a romantic getaway with a private outdoor pool with high wall surroundung the yard was a plus and made us feel safe. Having a garage to park your car at night and 3 bathrooms was more then we expected. Definitely coming back when I'm in Cozumel again . Beautiful house and Host was quick and always ready to help with any questions or concerns. Definitely 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Eine sehr herzliche Unterkunft. Das Apartment ist sauber und geräumig. Wir wurden von Alfredo herzlichst aufgenommen und waren vor allem von den Hunden sehr begeistert. Ein ganz toller Ort, abseits vom touristischen Downtown. Wir haben einen Roller gemietet, um uns auf der Insel fortzubewegen, aber es stehen zwei Fahrräder von Alfredo zur verfügung, die auch super funktioniert hätten (Es gibt viele Fahrradwege auf Cozumel). Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen :) Danke Alfredo!
