Monthly Rentals in San Nicolás

We stayed a month in this Susanne’s airb&b and it was perfect for us. The apartment had everything you needed and really felt like a home away from home. The balcony is lovely and the pool is great for a swim or sun bathe. The apartment feels safe and is in what seems like quite a residential area. Only very s small downside (which is nothing on Susanne) was just the location, if you stay here be prepared to walk up and down some hills quite a bit, if you have a car then it would not be a problem!

Quiet and nice neighborhood. The apartment was clean and matched the photos. David welcomed us warmly, introduced the house, and gave good tips.

I was on the island for two months for a short vacation but also to work on the island. Since I've always been a lot of work, it's important to me to feel comfortable in a place. I visited Malele's place for the second time and I'm always happy to be there. The neighbors are friendly and the little garden is really great. In general, the apartment is very new and clean and quite quiet, for which it is so well located. There are supermarkets and restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance. I preferred to cook a lot myself in the practical small kitchen. A really great and helpful host family who I'd love to book again.

Came back for the second time due to the great experience we had last year. The apartment still looks great, obviously being used for one year it isn’t newly refinished anymore, but everything still works and was clean. The addition of a dish washer was a great welcome. We’re already planning when to come back next year. Highly recommend!
