Apartment holiday rentals in San Nicolò

Twee zalige maanden verbleven van half april tot half juni. Pasquale en zijn vrouw zijn zeer vriendelijke warme mensen - communicatie enkel Italiaans - Pasquale reageert steeds snel en vlot via de app en helpt in alle vriendelijkheid als er iets is. Het was een authentieke ervaring, levende tussen de plaatselijke bevolking, allen zeer vriendelijk en bruisend van het leven rondom het terras. Het uitzicht is fenomenaal! Te voet 20min naar de zee (keienstrand) - het station is te voet te doen 30 min, hou er rekening mee dat het steil naar boven is om van het station naar het huis te gaan. Treinen stoppen er in de week om de 2 uur ongeveer. De inrichting is authentiek, een beetje verouderd maar alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Ik kan deze plek ten zeerste aanbevelen. Een auto is echt wel welkom - april/juni was de provinciale weg waarop het huis gelegen is niet druk en alleen een beetje te horen vanuit de kleine slpk. Er is parkeerplek aan de overkant op een kerkpleintje.

I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed staying at this apartment! It felt like being at home, a little slice of heaven right in the heart of Tropea within steps of one of the most beautiful beaches, with balconies all around the apartment overlooking the water, the street life and cafes, the best gelato and capuccino right underneath us at Tonnino's and with everything we could possibly need inside including a washer and drier which was so helpful with 2 kids! We were welcomed by Tiziana as guests when we arrived but by the end of our stay we felt as though we left as friends. She was always available within seconds for every need or question. Don't hesitate to book this apartment, you wont regret it!

This place is in an amazing spot—right by the mountains, surrounded by beautiful nature, and with the sea just in front of you. The sunsets were absolutely unforgettable. The property is super well kept, with a lovely garden and a great pool to relax in. Marcello was always quick to respond and really helpful with tips for the area. But the real star is Mariana—always smiling, super kind, and always checking in to make sure we were happy. She made the stay feel extra special. We had such a great time here and would totally recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful getaway!

We had a fantastic 5-night stay at this Airbnb in Tropea, Italy! The unit was beautifully presented—clean, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From the kitchen essentials to the cozy furnishings, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Photos do not do it justice. The location was perfect, allowing us to explore the stunning beaches and charming streets of Tropea with ease. Only 10 minute walk to both. Noting also there are three supermarkets only 150 metres walk away. In particular Euro Spin a supermarket chain throughout Italy which has great food that you can cook at home or have something already cooked by them. A huge thank you to our wonderful hosts Giuseppe and Pola who were welcoming, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Definitely the best Air B n B we have stayed at and also better than some 5 star hotels. Highly recommended—we would definitely return! Tropea is well worth the visit.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights in the month of Ocotber. The apartment is cute! It has a full kitchen as well as two bedrooms. The second bedroom only has single beds, in which we did not use. The shower is quite small and if you are overweight you may have trouble for the shower ( we did not have any issues). There is a washer as well which is very convenient! The location of this apartment is perfect, it's situated right next to the stairs to get down to the beach, and 2-3 mins walk to the centre. The sunset from the balcony is stunning. I recommend this place! Thank you Lina !

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in Alexandr's Wohnung. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist wunderschön, das Meer nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Alexandr war immer sofort erreichbar. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Natascia is excellent host, kind, precautionary, punctual. The apartment is located just few steps away from the central of Tropea with a lot of restaurants, bakeries, grocery. The accomodation has everything needed - for cooking, laundry, cleaning even a sunshade was available. I can highly recommend Natascia and her apartment!!

Wir hatten eine Woche in Angelo‘s Unterkunft. Diese ist traumhaft gelegen und der Blick auf das Meer ist atemberaubend. Die Unterkunft ist klein aber fein und alles ist vorhanden was man für eine Woche benötigt . Angelo hat uns herzlich begrüßt und uns einige Köstlichkeiten zur Verfügung gestellt was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Es könnte etwas mehr Möglichkeiten geben um Sachen aufzuhängen, zB. Wandhaken oder so. Ansonsten wirklich sehr zu empfehlen für ruhesuchende. Vielen Dank und alles Gute. Viele Grüße aus der Schweiz.

El alojamiento de Gherly está rodeado de naturaleza, es sencillo pero tiene todo lo que necesitas, y tiene una hermosa vista al mar! Desde el balcón podíamos cenar viendo ponerse el sol! Tiene playa privada con sombrilla y reposeras y puedes acceder a pie o en coche. La playa es verdaderamente hermosa! Gherly es encantadora, siempre dispuesta e incluso nos ofreció el late check out que nos permitió desayunar tranquilos y salir sin apuro, lástima que no pudimos aprovecharlo más tiempo porque teníamos que seguir viaje. En mi opinión es necesario el coche, pero si te gusta caminar la estación de tren no está muy lejos. Lo recomiendo 100%! Gracias Gherly, lo pasamos increíble!

Die Unterkunft hatte eine hervorragende Lage. Es stand viel Ausstattung zur Verfügung (in Küche, Bad und Haushalt). Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Vincenzo war super nett, hat uns vom Bahnhof abgeholt und bei der Abreise auch hingebracht. Er hat uns auf dem Weg zum Apartment die Gegend sehr gut erklärt, sodass wir uns schnell zurechtfanden. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet. Wir genossen unseren Frühstück jeden Morgen auf dem Balkon mit Meerblick.

This place is absolutely incredible! It exceeded our expectations! Simon was very responsive and gave clear instructions. The hosts were friendly and accommodating! The place was absolutely spotless and decorated with such impeccable taste. The views and sunsets from the terrace were absolute favourite thing. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool very very much. we also enjoyed our welcome package and it was a very nice touch. Tropea is a very short driving distance away and the town parghelia has lots of cute restaurants. A guidebook that Simon left was very thorough and informative and we loved all of the recommendations! We loved it so much we hope to return again very soon!

A beautiful and peaceful place above Capo Vaticano with a breathtaking view. The hosts are kind and welcoming, and there’s a great restaurant right on site with delicious food. Surrounded by nature and farm animals, it’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Highly recommended!

Es war ein ausserordentlich besonderes Airbnb, wir konnten nicht genug haben auf dem Balkon zu sitzen und auf das türkise Meer zu sehen. Die drei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad waren perfekt für unsere Familie. Das Appartment ist sehr sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und auch sehr praktisch. Wir kommen wieder, weil es uns so begeistert hat!

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana incantevole in un angolo di paradiso .Il residence ci ha accolti con la sua eleganza semplice e il calore autentico dell'ospitalità del Sud .La nostra sistemazione, affacciata sul mare,ci ha regalato uno spettacolo ogni sera:il tramonto che abbracciava l'orizzonte,con il profilo fiero del vulcano Stromboli all'orizzonte,un immagine che rimarrà scolpita nei nostri cuori .La struttura era curata, pulitissima,a due passi dal mare cristallino.Comodissimo il parcheggio privato,che ci ha fatto vivere le vacanze senza pensieri.Un grazie speciale va alla proprietaria: gentilissima, sempre sorridente,ci ha dato preziosi consigli su cosa visitare nei dintorni e ci ha persino prestato gratuitamente ombrelloni per la spiaggia.E raro trovare un luogo dove si uniscono così bene bellezza naturale,confort e accoglienza sincera.Ricadi e questo residence ci hanno regalato non solo una vacanza,ma un ricordo che porteremo con noi per sempre.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento di Helen per 10 giorni. Panorama meraviglioso! Appartamento spazioso e vivibile per 4 persone. Giardino curato nei minimi particolari e piscina incantevole. Un posto di grande relax per le nostre vacanze.

An excellent apartment in a friendly and genuine village … We’ve just returned from a superb holiday in the village of Santa Domenica. What a great apartment. Spacious and well equipped, super clean, with a decent balcony and pool with a sun bathing area. No negatives for us at all. Everything we needed food wise was in the village ; a couple of supermarkets, a really good food/bric a brac market on Mondays, a bakery, fishmonger (that serves meals also), cafe/bars, 4/5 restaurants (Il Casale was our favourite). We used Santa Domenica as a base for a few days out to Pizzo and Scilla (both beautiful and, we thought, easily as nice as Tropea. A number of beaches are accessible from Santa Domenica but these involve walks which aren’t always easy when it’s 30+ degrees. And our host ? Teresa was ace. Picked us up from the Railway Station, gave us loads of decent recommendations and responded immediately to any questions we had. A great holiday !

Ondine is an absolutely pleasant host. The communication before our Journey to Capo Vaticano was great. We‘ve got all the Information in advance. We are also very grateful for recommendations in the „House Book“, we could visit a lot of places of beautiful Calabria. We also want to thank the property Manager Jack (Giacomo), he met us at the Apartment and was always available for every question. We were very happy with the House (Family of 5). Villa Sirena has everything you need for enjoyable stay: comfortable beds (!), air conditions in every room, laundry. We also enjoyed a beatiful view from a spacious Terrace. To the sea is about 3 Minutes by car. The Beach (Groticelle) is one of the most beautiful places we‘ve been. We thank Ondine for our restful stay in Villa Sirena and can absolutely recommend the house . Natallia & Family.

Stayed for 2 nights with another couple. Super close to the city center with lots of shops and restaurants! Beautiful view of the sea, beaches and castle. And of course, this place is so Cool inside! Only thing I would say was I wish the keys were labeled so we could know which one was which for each of the 3 doors to get inside and outside. It was a bit loud from people down below on the street in the middle of the nights, so keep windows shut. But overall great stay! Would stay again.

Abbiamo soggiornato con una famiglia di 5 persone, in appartamento trilocale, come da descrizione, vista splendida, dal balcone, sul mare della costa degli dei, la posizione è sicuramente la caratteristica di punta di questo appartamento, che si trova all'interno di un piccolo residence ben curato; a pochi metri di distanza la scaletta per raggiungere la spiaggia di Michelino.

This place was so great. They make you feel like home. They went out of their way to help my wife and I find a place to get bubble wrap to safely wrap our wine. It sounds trite but honestly, they didn’t have to do that. My wife was craving eggs for day and had been wanting it for breakfast. Again, seems simple enough, but they made her a huge plate of scrambled eggs and were happy to do it. It’s worth mentioning, the bnb is attached to a restaurant, so we ate there for dinner and it did NOT disappoint. It was SO good. Loved the place, loved the pool, loved the food. Everything was as it was mentioned, if not better. Highly recommend!
