The place looked exactly like the ones shown in the photos. It has a great view of Taal Lake and the listing had everything you need even a washing machine. The best part is it's pet friendly.

Hi. We enjoyed our short time stay in this house We felt comfy and we spent well out time to rest Very quiet place and the whole house is very cozy , complete appliances that you can use.

Jannette was very accommodating and very helpful. She was able to give the directions on the location accurately and provided recommendations on local destinations to visit.

we had a truly pleasant stay. the place was cozy and set in a beautiful, serene environment. Rowena was incredibly accommodating. she assisted us with all our questions and made sure everything went smoothly. the locals in the area were also very welcoming, which made us feel at peace. it was an amazing experience, perfect for anyone looking to escape the busier parts of town. if given the chance, we’d definitely love to come back! 😊

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Super satisfied with my stay at BellaVita Lipa Haven! 🌿✨ Maganda ang location – tahimik at peaceful, perfect for relaxing provincial life. Sobrang affordable pero hindi tinipid sa quality. Malinis, maaliwalas, at may simple pero eleganteng aesthetic ang buong space. Bonus points pa dahil nakasolar sila (eco-friendly!) at malakas ang internet, kaya work-from-anywhere ready kahit nasa probinsya. Kompleto na rin ang amenities – truly a great place to unwind or even stay longer. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm yet connected stay in Lipa. 💯👏

The biggest praise I can give Iris is how consistently helpful she was in our travel to and from Lucban. Even before we arrived, she had helped us with travel to Lucban from Manila, with information on a van service we would not have known about otherwise which saved us both time and money. She made a reservation on our behalf and was waiting at the property to welcome us. She (and her husband) provided us with a litany of local recommendations, so we ate very well in Lucban! Fresh water provided and arranged a refill service for when we ran low, and then was able to help us figure out partial transport for our onwards journey afterwards. Our time in Lucban would have been pleasureable regardless but Iris' hostessing elevated it immeasurably. If we ever make it back to Lucban someday we would not hesitate to book here again.

I had a wonderful time at this staycation home. It was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The space was peaceful, well-decorated, and perfect for relaxing. The host was friendly and helpful. I’d definitely come back again!

This was my second time booking Michael's place , and it was just as good as the first. The place is clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Michael is kind and responsive, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. The location is convenient and quiet.

Ms. May's place is cozy. It's minimalist but provides exactly what you need. It's clean and pristine. I only had one issue with the universal remote control. I initially thought it was a battery problem, so I changed the batteries; luckily, Ms. May keeps spare batteries in the kitchen drawer. However, it wasn't a battery issue; the remote and TV didn't work well together. But other than that, everything's good.

The house is in a private subdivision, and the neighborhood was peaceful throughout our stay. I woke up to sunlight streaming through the kitchen window. My child and I enjoyed the board games and the movie night we had in Netflix. The selection of snacks in the honesty store is enticing. The kitchen also has all the appliances you need and all are perfectly working-- the fridge is spacious, utensils and dinnerware, microwave, and electric kettle. Internet connection is good. Thank you for making our family vacation more relaxing and comfortable while we are far from home.

Great place to stay. The area is surrounded with stores, fast foods and easy to locate. The room is clean and has kitchen appliances, equipment and accessories. Host is responsive. A great deal.

This is truly one of the best places I’ve stayed at in Tagaytay. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat, this is the perfect spot. The unit is cozy and comfortable—just be sure to stick to the recommended number of guests to fully enjoy the space. We absolutely loved the balcony; it was everything we had hoped for. I just hope there is a better lighting in the kitchen area for cooking but still it is a great place! We will be back for sure.

Ms. Lady was a great host! She accommodated my last-minute request regarding the number of guests. Most of all, she recommended an activity (Fountain of Lights Festival) that my kiddos enjoyed! situated perfectly near Tagaytay Rotonda for easy access and walkable restaurants like Mcdonalds, Andoks, Bag of Beans, etc. But even when near the bustling hub, the place is peaceful and serene. Especially enjoyed the balcony, the viewing deck access, and the free bread, coffee, and jam! so delightful I had two extra servings. Overall, stay was really worth it! 💙🤍💚💛
