Cabin on the River

Get back to nature in our one room cabin with lots of comfort. Located next to the famous Regency Bridge the States last functioning swinging bridge. There is a small private RV park nearby that rents out an small camper which would allow you to have more guests come and stay next door. The river is on the property with steps down to the water perfect for kayaking or fishing. When the water level is down hiking the river bed is a great time. We do have 2 paddle boards available to rent as well.

Charming Historic Central Texas Cottage

Situated on a large lot with mature trees, the home is two blocks from downtown San Saba and boasts over 2,700 square feet, three bedrooms, two updated bathrooms, a large kitchen, covered porches, and dedicated work space with high speed internet. There is a large circle drive or street space available for those who need trailer/equipment parking. The home was built in 1877 for John Guion, who served as San Saba county judge and was president of the Texas A&M board of directors from 1914-1918.

It is close to the Regency "Swinging" Suspension Bridge over the Colorado River. This renovated cottage style home offers one cozy bedroom and one bathroom with tub/shower combo. There is a double sized sofa bed in the living room as well. Baby items available upon request. Dogs welcome. Discounts available for stays a week or longer. Low cleaning fees!
