NOT FOR THREE ADULTS In a unique space with almost 4 meters high, in this "Pied a terre" which receives its light, both from the huge windows open to a restricted traffic street and from its green “Patio” courtyard, have combined vintage pieces of the years 70 and 80 of s. XX, with signatures such as those of Pierre Folie (Jacques Charpentier), Paco Rabanne and the Spanish designer Oscar Tusquets. It has created a sophisticated but cozy atmosphere, to which the spectacular patio, unique in Madrid, adds a fresh and magical touch. The Loft has a double bed (1.50 x 1.90) and an extra individual bed for a child not older than 16 years. Emiliano and Javier are available for what our guest needs. We live just 10 minutes from the Studio, trying to be close to your needs. Just in Paseo del Prado Area, reciently declared by UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE over 400 years ago, literary figures Lope de Vega, Calderón de la Barca, or Cervantes himself live in the Barrio de las Letras. Today it is one of the main attractions of Madrid. The area is home to museums, art, restaurants, and bars. Perfectly communicated, located in the same exit of the metro station "Antón Martín", in the vicinity of the ATOCHA station, this apartment is located five minutes walk from the main tourist attractions of Madrid: Plaza de Santa Ana, from Sol or from the Plaza Mayor.

The loft is located in a quiet residential area. We had the most amazing 4 nights in Madrid. The apartment was ideally located, very central and easy to walk to main attractions. Apartment was absolutely perfect. Tolles Loft im Herzen von Madrid. Richtig gute Lage direkt am Parque Retiro, der grünen Lunge der Stadt. Die großen Museen usw. sind alle easy zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung hat eine gute, schöne Aufteilung über zwei Stockwerke und bietet genug Privatsphäre für alle Gäste. Die Kommunikation mit Alejandro leif absolut reibungslos, danke! Im Haus unten ist ein Kiosk, da bekommt man alles für den tägliche Bedarf, auch sein Gepäck kann man dort unterstellen. Insgesamt hatten wir zu dritt einen klasse Aufenthalt, gerne wieder!

The Appartment was really nice - the metro is a bit far away but all in all the connections where really nice. The only thing i didnt know is that there was a big construction site in front of the house - so the house wasnt really living up to the noise-free standard mentioned on the website. But all in all a great place to stay.

Ana is a very friendly host. We arrived Madrid at early morning so we asked for an early check-in. Ana was so kind, she waited for us at the apartment and it was 10:00am. The apartment is easy to find and locate just behind the market, many restaurants and bars surrounding. However, you couldn’t hear any noise at night except bird. We have a wonderful experience at Madrid. Thanks Ana.

Excelente espacio y excelentes host. El lugar es cómodo, limpio, amplio y perfecto para estadías largas o cortas. Está en el piso 0 y es perfecto porque traíamos 4 maletas muy pesadas. Tiene a una cuadra un supermercado. A dos cuadras tiene la estación de metro Palos de la frontera y mucho comercio (restaurantes) alrededor. Es silencioso en las noches e ideal si deseas estar cerca a la estación Atocha o porque El retiro. Mil gracias por hospedarme
