Located between the towns of San Valentino and Abbateggio, set in the Majella National Park and thirty minutes easy drive from the beautiful Pescara beaches. This is a truly wonderful location for relaxing. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen the apartment has a full size baby cot, high chair and baby bath as well as children's toys. There is also parking and private patio area with a BBQ.

Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

The entire property, that sits on 6 hectares of land, is completely private and for the exclusive use of guests. The outdoor space comes complete with a wood burning hot tub and swimming pool. The house is a 35 minute drive from Pescara Airport and 1 hour and 45 mins away from Rome.

Villa between the sea and the mountains

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.
