Apartamento de 50 m2 con vista verde, con balcón, en el corazón de Palermo. Tiene 1 dormitorio con cama matrimonial y 1 sillón cama de 1 plaza en el living. Black out en dormitorio y living. Posee caja de seguridad. Excelente ducha. Equipado con Internet Wi-Fi, posee 2 TV : una de 42" en el living y otra de 32" en la habitación con Netflix, 2 aires acondicionados, calefacción, microondas, tostadora, 1 gran heladera, cafetera y termo eléctrico, tender extensible para el secado de la ropa, plancha y tabla de planchar. El departamento ha sido reformado en mayo 2016, esto incluye pisos nuevos, colchón nuevo de alta calidad así como ropa blanca. En diciembre 2016 se colocó una cocina nueva, eléctrica. Me encuentro disponible en el celular para cualquier solicitud, consulta o recomendaciones sobre la ciudad de Buenos Aires o sobre el departamento. Near the main cultural and touristic attractions. Steps from all means of public transport. Walking distance to Malba Museum. Only 10' from the Jorge Newbery National Airport. Ubicación muy práctica para moverse en BA con todos los medios de transporte públicos a 3 cuadras en Av.Las Heras y a 1 cuadra en Av.Libertador. Personas adicionales sin cargo. Se hace una limpieza general por semana con cambio de ropa blanca sin cargo. El departamento tiene puerta blindada y abajo en la recepción hay guardias de seguridad las 24h. Posee caja de seguridad.
