We had a wonderful time at Dani’s property. Between canoeing, tubing down the river, and catching frogs, my kids and I had a wonderful time! The area was in close proximity to many day trip opportunities like the Riverview Zoo, Lang Pioneer Village, and the Peterborough lift locks. It was a wonderful trip and a great way to end the summer.

Group of 7 friends stayed here and enjoyed a wonderful weekend in the county. Erin was a perfect hostess responding to any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great week at Tyler’s place. The house comfortably fit 8 adults with multiple levels and ample mix of space. It was easy to drive to many places in PEC - just 10-15 minutes from downtown Picton and a few great little cafes within a 5 minute drive. Would recommend for any large group!

We had a wonderful week at Paul's cottage. The setting was peaceful and the Otonabee River was so picturesque! We loved watching the boats go by!! Paul's cottage was super clean and well appointed. The beds were super comfortable. Next time we are in the area we wouldn't hesitate to book some time at Paul's cottage.

Heather’s house was a fantastic place to spend the weekend in PEC! The house and property were beautiful, spotless and came stocked with any and every amenity you might need. The location was also great as it was private but still close to many wineries. Heather was friendly, informative and responsive and made the entire process easy. We would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a getaway in the county!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming lakeside cottage! Surrounded on three sides by water, it truly felt like we were on a private cruise ship. The location is peaceful and private, yet still easy to find. The spacious kitchen was perfect for cooking meals, fully stocked with plenty of dishes. We made great use of the brand new BBQ and firepit, ideally situated on the side deck for sunset views. The hot tub was a highlight and well used during our stay. We especially loved watching both sunrises and sunsets right from the kitchen and living room — the views were breathtaking. David was an excellent communicator throughout our stay. When the power briefly went out, his parents even stopped by in person to make sure we were informed and comfortable, which we really appreciated.

Absolutely lovely location & cottage. David provided everything we needed & more! Beautiful location that felt secluded and peaceful. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking as we stayed for Thanksgiving weekend. Look forward to returning for the summer!

The Chalet was beautiful, and very functional for our family with multiple sleeping options. The grounds and the gardens were beautiful, and the bar/cafe in the main building was a wonderful experience. Owners checked in to make sure we were comfortable and were very responsive to all of our requests. Staff were lovely. Overall extreme relaxing and comfortable stay, I will be back!

The space was great for a large group with lots of beds. It was a beautiful home with spacious shared spaces. The hot tub, ping pong table, kayaks/canoes, disc golf, and fire pit made the weekend so much fun and filled with activities everyone could do. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, and trays to cook with. The deck off the dinning area was beautiful and large. The only thing to note was that there were a lot of ladybugs inside the house, especially the bedroom located in the basement with the walkout doors. They were harmless but a bit annoying.

A perfect location with a well kept property and cottage. Fantastic for fisherman with the public launch just 5 minutes away. Can’t wait to go back.

My family and I stayed here for one week. The location is excellent with a beautiful view and direct access to Rice Lake. Harraj communicated effectively and responded quickly to all requests & questions. She went out of the way to arrange a Kayak for my daughter. All amenities mentioned were available in abundance and of good quality. In short, we enjoyed it and will come here again. Will recommend this to my friends and relatives.
