Apartment one block from Dunas Beach (100m), one of the most beautiful in Cabo Frio, with a view of the beach from the balcony. Three bedrooms: 1st bedroom is a couple's en-suite with air-conditioning and a fan, 2nd bedroom with a bathroom and two single beds with air-conditioning and a fan, 3rd bedroom with two single beds with a fan and an attached washroom. Great showers with gas heating. Balcony around the entire apartment with a security screen, bringing peace of mind to families with children. Two parking spaces with electronic control.

The property has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dining and living room with TV, a balcony with a sea view, a laundry area and a full kitchen. Air-conditioning in all 3 bedrooms. The beach has an infrastructure of kiosks, lifeguards and security. The location is excellent for enjoying the best of Cabo Frio and the region. No need to use a car.

Our apartment is located about 100 meters from Praia Grande, one of the most beautiful and well-known beaches in Arraial do Cabo, and is ideal for families, with or without children, and/or groups of friends of up to 9 people. Near our cozy space, there are several restaurants and bars along the waterfront. Excellent apartment with large living room, kitchen, enclosed balcony that can become a pleasant room with a beautiful view at dawn; three bedrooms and three full bathrooms.
