Nicola was amazing to work with!!! She was very informative! It was our first visit there and we will definitely be coming back, only complaint is it wasn’t long enough for us lol!!! We got to see the dolphins right at bay in which it was an amazing experience for my kids and self!!! The little place was so cute and full stocked with extra incase we needed! She even left a few snacks for us to enjoy! I love how private everything was and how security was on it. I’m all about my exercise and I was able to get up every morning and enjoy a beautiful view around 5:30 am up until 9 am or so, and it only got prettier by the hour! There was security almost on every block and I felt safe! And so did my kids! Thanks Nicola for your cute place! We will be returning!

Wayne was so kind and made us feel like we were right at home! He always responded quickly to our questions! One thing that stood out to us was the fact that he came outside and welcomed us in when we arrived and gave us a tour. Everything was very clean and comfortable, it was the perfect place to rest after a long day at the beach and out and about! The area was peaceful, easy to find, and central to all of the places we were going. Would love to stay again if we are ever in town again!

Nice clean place away from the city, and less than an hours drive from Tampa, Sarasota and St. Petersburg. This place has a pool, jacuzzi, exercise room, pickleball court (the locals play at 8:00 am every morning), new pier, beach, small lake to fish in and a restaurant. No need to get change for the washer and dryer, just download the app (instructions on washer) and pay from your phone. We had a nice stay!

We had a great time in William's place. The room felt like an oversized hotel room and was actually nicer than we expected based off the photos. The beds were comfortable. The small kitchen had everything we needed. The area had a resort feel and was safe, well maintained, and the views were stunning. It was just my wife and I for a 9 days, but we would definitely stay again.

Book this place! It has a beautiful view of the marina, nice amenities and a great value for all that you get. The beach, pool, exercise and game rooms are in the complex and are an 8 minute walk or you can drive there and park right next to them. Sunset grill, on property, has fantastic food to eat while watching the sunset. We had a great guided kayak tour with Dave from Latitudes tours. Next door is Bahia beach reserve with a short hiking trail. We also went to EG Simmons park, 8 min drive away with a nice beach. Busch Gardens and Adventure island Water Park are about an hour drive. Publix grocery is an 8 min drive The place had all the amenities needed, including start up dish detergent, dish soap, bathroom sink soap, paper products, coffee pods, etc. in the garage were beach supplies like coolers, pool noodle, boogie board, a beach wagon, sand toys, life vests, etc.... This place is great for families that want some beach & pool time in the FL sun. Angela is a fantastic host!

Wow wow wow! Tarie is an amazing person who has been communicative throughout the whole time since I booked. Her response time was rapid. When I arrived to her beautiful home, it was immaculate. I was greeted both by her lovable dog Puck and Tarie. She went over all the details about her home; all of this with great enthusiasm and welcoming. We got to know each other and even watched the Stanley Cup together. We had so much fun with Puck as well. Puck is an amazing lovable dog that loves to play and cuddle. Overall, Tarie’s home is surely a place that I would definitely enjoy again and highly recommend for anyone who is interested in the Riverview area. Thank you Tarie & Puck for an amazing stay and now my forever friends.
