We are taking all COVID-19 precautions including additional cleaning upon check out and additional days between reservations. The resort is set on tropical grounds overlooking Tampa Bay featuring two outdoor pools, sports court, basketball court, tennis courts, pickleball courts, volleyball, a pier, a marina and on-site restaurants (a bay-view restaurant, a poolside bar).

The townhouse is part of The Resort & Club at Little Harbor located in Ruskin, FL. This Caribbean-style resort is set on 124 acres on the south shore of Tampa Bay. It is surrounded by 3 miles of water frontage, 1/2 mile of white sandy beach, calm waters of the marina's canals, harbors & Tampa Bay. Sit back and enjoy the Florida sunsets at the tiki bar, on the white sandy beach or in the full service 7 days a week open restaurant. After dark enjoy nightly entertainment in the tiki bar.

3 Bedroom, 3 Bath Townhome located in resort style community with beach (4 min walk) boating, restaurants, 2 pools, hot tub and more..... Each bedroom has a balcony for you to enjoy the views. On third floor has bedroom with King size bed with an ensuite including a garden tub and separate shower. Second bedroom with 2 twin beds and bathroom with tub/shower combo next to it on same floor. Third bedroom on 2nd floor with queen bed and bath with shower only next to it. **No Smoking**

Our townhome is located in the beautiful Carribean style resort of Little Harbor. Resort amenities for you to enjoy are the large swimming pool and hot tub, basketball court, playground, private kayak launch, private beach (beach chairs and umbrella small fee), water toys for rent. Sunset Bar and Grill adjacent to beach and Hooks by pool , all within walking distance. Disney an hour and a half away and Tampa International Airport only 45 mins.
