Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Sand Key, Clearwater

Great host. Very responsive and accommodative of modified check out times as possible. Host also provided wagon, toys, umbrella and beach chairs (availability is on a first-come-first-take basis between other guests in the other rentals on the same property, of course). But we could find everything we needed and it was super helpful that these were available! This particular unit is a studio. Something about the photos made it seem larger than it actually was to us. But it does not lack much in amenities aside from a closed bathroom with a door (currently, the bathroom is sectioned with a curtain and there is no separate bathroom ventilation). But the place was well worth the money for us, for the facilities provided by the host and the walkable location to the beach!

Antonis place was super clean, was even better in person. looks just like the photos. Me and my wife had a great honeymoon. The beach is 2 min away by foot. you can literally walk everywhere. Pool was super nice and private. Just wow.

My Husband and I booked with Caroline last minute (Same day) and she was kind. The apartment was perfect. Kitchen had everything we need and Roku for TV. Very close to shopping and beach! We ran out of propane and they immediately replaced it. Very kind hearted. Thank again Caroline. We will definitely be back!

We loved it here! The screened in porch was a great way to start our morning, without the giant grasshoppers getting you 😂 The pool was steps away, lots of things to do near by, the place was clean and honestly very comfy beds! We had everything we needed and Maggie was super easy to communicate with! The only thing I’d say (for people that it would be a dealbreaker as I’ve seen a. Few mention) the water gets cold fast. So don’t anticipate all jumping into the shower all together. If you’re light sleeper, go to bed early or sleep in the upstairs neighbors are easily heard. This did not bother me, but just incase for anyone else!

We enjoyed everything about the condo and the area! Was clean and directly looked over the ocean!

We absolutely loved our stay at Scott’s place. The condo was sparkling clean- I am extremely picky about cleanliness and was not disappointed. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated all of the beach gear Scott had available for use. We loved the location and the view from the balcony is unmatched. Scott was quick to respond with the minor issue we had at check in and quickly resolved the issue. We had the best time and will definitely be back!

Such a beautiful, well kept place. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It was also a great temperature on the inside after being out in the heat all day!! It was so clean and had everything we needed and more. Would absolutely stay here again!!!

Only one comment was one of the bed mattress was not in a good condition. Was wobble, shaky, and not comfortable. Otherwise, wonderful place! We enjoyed every single moments!! Thank you!!

This home was very clean and in a great quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed all the beach theme throughout the house. Kitchen was equipped with anything you would need to prepare meals and there are plenty of places to sit to relax. Back yard had a nice area to sit by the water to visit or read. There were plenty of linens available. Also beach chairs should you venture to the Gulf/ which is only 15 minutes to a beach access. Nice to have a washer and dryer to use. Communication with owners was easy and responses were fast. Would definitely recommend this rental.

What a lovely location and beautiful home! Excellent experience from the start, phenomenal communication, great value, and a wonderful getaway for us all. Exceptionally clean home and we felt right at home. The back porch and canal view were breathtaking and peaceful. So worth everything. We had the BEST of time with so much FUN at our fingertips. At first glance, we were worried about the neighborhood. After we got settled in, it was very quiet. No Problems at all. The little duplex is in an excellent location if you want to be close to the beaches without breaking the bank. It's an older home but has been renovated to be nice. It is definitely worth the price. Chayris is very proactive and informative. I would definitely stay there again.

Mariana was amazing even with some technical difficulties with the app she was right on top of it and helped walk us through what we needed to do, including how to extend trip.

We would go back in a heartbeat! The house and location was perfect! Our kids loved the pool and being able to kayak and paddle board right from the dock was amazing! We saw dolphins multiple times a day and had fun fishing. The golf cart was perfect for getting to the beach and plenty of restaurants, including an ice cream shop! I would totally recommend this place!

Monica & Tony's getaway was a pleasure to stay at. The amenities were all as advertised and functional. Any questions we had were answered within a few hours. The surrounding area had nice cafes and local shopping. The beach was very close and easy to access. We got plenty of use out of the backyard and pool. Our kids really enjoyed themselves. We had ample cooking and dining space for two families. They also provided the essentials for kids, high chair, booster chair, pack'n'play. The guides that Monica and Tony provided for our stay were thorough and helpful. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Great house, very comfortable and roomy for our group of 6. The pool area was nicely appointed with chic decor furnishings, and was a great common hang out area for us. The home was conveniently located for our various day trips to Indian Rocks, Tampa and Clearwater. Another perk is, it's less than a 1/4 mile to a lil shopping area with a Publix grocery store, bar/restaurant and a few other shops. Note the home is on a main road but it did not interfere with our stay and is located in a nice neighborhood. Well stocked with beach towels, bath towels and linens. Beach umbrellas, chairs and coolers available to have a great day at the beach! Sandra was super quick to respond to any questions or needs that we had, communication was seamless. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place, enjoyed the privacy of the location. Lots of convenient places very close by. The BNB was very clean and decorated so nicely, me and my fiancé had a great weekend there celebrating her birthday. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We had a great time at this conveniently located unit. Very walkable area with a great beach across the street that isn’t crowded. Great restaurants for breakfast, lunch, & dinner within walking distance. The patio of the unit is a great place to have coffee or enjoy a meal!

This condo was a great stay for our group! The location was perfect, only a short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. We loved having so much space and enjoyed the balcony. Pinlan was very responsive to any questions or issues we had!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this condo! Worth every penny paid. We had 4 adults and a 9 month old. It was so spacious, and was perfectly set up to have a family. Especially nice with all the kiddo amenities like pack and play, high chair, etc. The hosts always responded immediately, the place was spotless, great walkable location. We will be back to this condo no doubt!

The condo was wonderful - spacious, spotless and super quiet which made for a relaxing stay. I liked having a washer and dryer, dishwasher and beach supplies. Marta was a thoughtful and responsive host who checked in on me during my stay, which I appreciated.

Perfect! Beautiful condo, fully equipped with everything you could possibly require. 5 minute walk to the stunning Clearwater Beach. Great hosts, going over and above with what they provided: Beach Towels, Beach Chairs/Parasol. Would love to return some day. Would highly recommend to anybody.

Location was awesome!!! Right on the beach. Loved our view from our deck. Really enjoyed the elevator. Made our stay even more enjoyable. We made great memories with our daughter and grandkids. We would definitely stay here again.
