So glad we found this place. Very homey feel! It’s nestled in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. Great local restaurants, really close to everything in the area. Sue was so helpful and generous during the stay. We will definitely be back when In the area.

This is a place and town I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get away from the city and city people. Natalie was a wonderful host and was very proactive in asking if we needed firewood or anything else! We absolutely loved eating at the thirsty badger, talking to friendly locals, going in the hot tub, going to the state park, and canoeing as the short list! There are so many ways to get outside or have a cozy time inside (we chose puzzles). The only thing we did not appreciate were the bugs, so bring some spray, but definitely check this place out!

This home was easy to find in a quiet neighborhood near a lake. The house was clean, mattresses were very comfortable with plenty of pillows which is very important to me! Being pet friendly and having the dog park right across the street is so convenient!! Not sure how many people stay with pets but again, the house was clean with NO pet odors or pet hair to be found. Reisa was very friendly, also prompt in answering a couple of questions the morning of our arrival. Kitchen seemed well stocked with utensils and such although we didn’t need to use much of it. We will definitely check availability of this home next time we’re in the area and need lodging.

This place was absolutely perfect for our large family! Everything that was described as the resort having was available to us. Kayaks, paddle boards, boat tubes, lots of toys for children, outdoor play area for kids, great pool platform, and dock. We loved the location. It was peaceful and quiet, but so many things to do. A wonderful outdoor fire pit with wood available for burning and roasting sticks. The kitchen was fully stocked with all appliances and cooking utensils that we needed. We literally would not have needed to bring anything. We also brought our own boat up and the access to put in and get to the B&B was simple and easy and it worked out perfect for us. The only possible thing I could think of is if you are wanting to get to the big side of the lake versus the smaller peaceful one be aware of the size of your boat, as it may not fit under the train bridge. This place was absolutely PERFECT for our large family. You will not be disappointed with this place! HIGHLY RECOMM

Really nice and spacious apartment with large bedrooms and big closets. Kitchen was well equipped with GOOD quality tools. Kristen was a very responsive host and made sure everything was taken care of. I’ve stayed in lots of VRBOs and Airbnbs and this is definitely on the top of my list.

The house was extremely clean, very well kept inside and out. Beautiful view of the lake with a pier to tie your boat along with electricity. Very gracious host and were still warm chocolate chip cookies for us on the kitchen table at our arrival. Spacious bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom with all amenities. My wife and i will definitely recommend to all and go back again.

My son and I had a great stay at Serendipity! Bob and Lisa's place was a perfect getaway from the city. Bob and Lisa were great communicators and checked to make sure our stay was going well. The space itself was perfect for the 2 of us. The lake is right outside the door and we took advantage of the offered kayaks to get out on the water. We caught better than 50 fish right off the dock! We are already planning our return trip next summer!

Josephine's apartment is in a great location with walkable restaurants nearby. The apartment was super clean with quality linens, towels, and toiletries. The beds were very comfortable!! The bird theme throughout is tastefully done. We enjoyed our week at The Bird Nest and plan to return in the future!

There’s not enough good things I can say about the 3 1/2 days we spent at Sandra’s! It was very well appointed, if we needed it, it was there, and the space was roomy and cozy all at the same time! It took us a few minutes to figure out that the space was behind the street address on Lake Avenue, but even the people we asked for some help were friendly and outgoing! We felt like part of the community from the start!

Usually I camp when I'm in the area, but the rainy forecast didn't allow for that. It was nice to be warm and dry in a cozy place. We really enjoyed our stay. Dog friendly too so that is a plus!

Rustic 3 bedroom house above business as described!! Great Location- downtown Hayward- close to everything. Wonderful outside space for relaxing. We were there for the hottest day on record! The place had a small air conditioner but with multiple fans we were fairly comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and everyone slept great!! Thank you Patty- we will be back!!

This was a great condo. It is clean and well stocked. It is close to the lake and docking the boat was easy.

I loved Linda's place. I needed a home base to hike the Ice Age Trail. October is the perfect time and Linda's place is the perfect base. The Trail passes right in front of the resort. I enjoyed the pool and the hot tub after a long day of hiking. There are some great local restaurants. I will stay again.

When we did have a question, we received a prompt and helpful response. We also rented a pontoon on the same lake—just a 10-minute drive away—which was a highlight. It was so fun to be out on the water and spot our condo from a different perspective. We’d definitely recommend this place to our friends and family!

The place is very clean and modern. Pixie is extremely responsive and helped us with everything we needed. Great location, great place, and great people. I highly recommend the condos on Long Lake.
