Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Sand Lake

Had a great stay & can't wait to go back again!

My wife and I just stayed at FishTail Lodge! It was Perfect! Pictures were exactly how the cabin appeared. Tom is an amazing host who responds to any question quickly. Check in and Check out was easy. The Cabin is in a Wonderful location and is spotless. There is so much to do within the property itself. From Relaxing at the fire pit, to the screened in porch or on the pontoon. There is a pool table, darts, and ample games and movies. The beds are amazingly comfortable. We have rented other cabins in the past, I would say, without question, this is the best place we have rented in every aspect. If you are reading reviews in order to help decide if this is the place. . . This IS the place! Rent it! You won't be disappointed.

This was my first stay with Airbnb, and Amanda was very helpful, and offered great advice getting me started. Communicated great, and the house was very well kept, and offered everything we needed for the weekend.

We have been there for the third year in a row. We love this place and area. Will be returning!!!

Humble aboad easy to find and close to Radisson for having the dollar general unfortunately the gas station hasn’t been fixed yet but you manage

Perfect home base for a weekend of bike racing in Hayward/Cable. Super clean, super comfortable, had everything we needed for an awesome trip!

We enjoy staying on Lake Callahan. Private and quiet location. Beautiful main house of Hostess and great cabin view and location on property. Fire circle and pier.

Bob & Lisa’s home was very beautiful & we felt right at home! Bob came out & greeted us soon as we got there, showed us around, & we’re always willing to help if needed! They are such wonderful hosts! We’ll definitely be back in the future!(:

Space was great for the 2 of us, our friend joined for 2 of the nights and it was great all around. It's so walkable to everything. Host was very responsive to my questions.

Beautiful garden and grounds. Right on a lake. Quiet and easy.

I was looking for something special….someplace a little out of the ordinary to drag my husband off to celebrate our 46th wedding anniversary. When I say drag, I just mean he is a homebody and prefers to stay home, do lawn work and sleep in his own bed…going away for the weekend is not his cup of tea. When I saw the cabin on a lake made from a repurposed box car, I knew I had found a place to entice my old homebody! Sue and Jeff’s boxcar did not disappoint. It is in a peaceful lovely location, with a nice deck and just a few steps right down to the very clear and tranquil Cable Lake. I loved the eclectic decor touches, my husband loved the comfy bed and lakeside location. To seal the deal, my husband is a retired railroad engineer and instructor so the idea of living in a boxcar for the weekend was kind of appealing! It is spacious and has everything you could need for an enjoyable getaway!

Finally somewhere that matched the pictures/description. Great clean, quiet place with comfortable beds and furniture. One of the best airbnb's we've stayed in.

Steve was an amazing host! He was very friendly and attentive. We rented the cabin for a long weekend getaway. It was beautiful and has the perfect view. We were able to do some fishing on the fishing pier thats within walking distance also. There was a pile of firewood all ready and waiting for us for bonfires. We even bought steaks and grilled them on the grill on the deck. The cabin is extremely clean and well stocked with all the amenties we needed. We will definitely be staying here again.

We are frequent visitors to this relaxing, natural woodland cabin because it has everything we love without having to leave the property. Loons, beaver kits at play, trumpeter swans, wildflowers and lots of trails to wander. The cabin has been updated with a very comfortable sofa and new lighting making for a great place to stretch out with a book. We will undoubtably return.

The stay was amazing, I ended up checking in late, so it was dark. But waking up in the morning it was mind blowing scenery. The pictures don’t do justice on how pretty the cabin and view from the porch are. Very nice and clean. 10/10 would recommend.

Everything was exactly as described. A great destination for 4 wheeling. ATV or UTV, casual and challenging trails in the area.

Had the coziest girls weekend at Lulu’s Lodge. The perfect place to enjoy the rainy weather by playing games, chatting, and watching movies! We enjoyed hiking at St. Croix State Park as well! The cabin went above and beyond on things you would need for a comfortable stay. Everyone agreed the porch lights at night made the cabin feel magical! Such a wonderful, peaceful stay on a beautiful property!

We have been coming up north for 20 years, and this year at LCO was one of our favorite trips. The cabin was perfect and peaceful. I would not hesitate a second to recommend Zach and this perfect cottage to anyone coming to LCO. Whenever I had a question or comment, prompt response was given. Super flexible with us. I have nothing but good things to say about this experience! Great fishing, great family bonding, exceptional memories made all because of the opportunity to stay at this cabin. Will most definitely be back if available again!!
