Keep it simple at this peaceful and somewhat centrally-located well appointed cozy studio apartment where you also will enjoy the private outdoor patio. A 15 minutes tram ride will take you to Saltholmen, the gateway to Gothenburg’s archipelago or 25 minutes to the City center. It’s walking distance to Röda Sten and Nya Varvet where you will find restaurants with harbor view’s . The Swedish translation is funky, it’s not a loft it’s down stairs and the room for your suitcases is just that 🤷‍♀️

Lovely 4-room-apartment in 2-familyhouse with seperate entrance and free parking. The apartment is on the second and third floor. The neigbourhood is safe, green and idyllic close to Mariaplan/Slottsskogen/Central Gothenburg. The house is from 1923 and got lots of contempary details like wooden floors etc. Please note that there is a scaffolding on the gable of the house (exterior) since this side willl be repainted during april/may. No disturbing noise, not affect parking lot or entrance.

It takes about 15 mins to the city centre or to the beautiful archipelago. Tram and buss stop is within a 10 min walk and the sea just a few hundred metres away. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance. The property has a full size bedroom that sleeps two as well as two beds in the loft space. There's a full kitchen.
