Hut in the Vines - all-inclusive!

Hunker down for a unique rural getaway experience at Hut in the Vines. Discreetly nestled at the back end of or tiny vineyard, which is now in its 5th year of production, and very private. Our home is 70 metres away but your space is private with a view down the vineyard. Outside, there is a traditional, wood-burning hot tub, covered eating area with bbq and wood-fired, table-top pizza oven and an electric wall heater…all lit with festoon lighting. The apartment is on the second floor of a grade 2 listed building which until 1973 was a butchers run and owned by the Taylor family. Seagull cottage is a former Victorian coastguard cottage The cottage has been recently renovated and now boasts a stunning interior decorated simply and beautifully. However it is not the interior that is the major boast. The cottage has the beach for its back garden. Stunning views across the English Channel. Sandgate is a sought after location and there are a number of coffee shops and restaurants within minutes of the front door. Ideal for a relaxing or very active stay- your choice!

Beach house in Dungeness

Beautiful Dungeness house right on the beach with ever changing views of the sea all year round. The house incorporates an original train carriage and the living space is open plan. The well equipped kitchen includes a generous dining table and chairs, which also looks out across the beach. There are two double bedrooms within the carriage as well as a shower room. An ideal place to explore Dungeness as well as discovering the wider area including Rye, Folkestone and the Romney Marsh.

Lyminge is five miles from the seaside in Hythe. It has a Chemist, Doctors' surgery, a village store, Chinese restaurant, Indian take-way, a Tea Room - which does very nice breakfasts . There are 2 good pubs nearby - the Gatekeeper in Etchinghill and the Tiger in Stowting. Dogs are welcome - one medium size or two small ones.

If you fancy a day trip, you can be in London within an hour or Canterbury in 20 minutes.
