Warm welcome from owner on arrival. Lovely apartment, clean and spacious great location. Meal at the captains table beautiful, staff extremely friendly, good value for money. We will definitely book again in the near future !

The cottage is absolutely lovely – really cosy and spacious – and had everything we needed. We had a great stay and encountered no issues at all. We loved the view from the kitchen window and seen some seals. Anne replied very quickly and answered all the queries that I had. Amazing!!

This is a very thoughtfully designed place. As comfortable and luxurious as it is tiny. We came for the incredible view, and then also wound up enjoying listening to our music via Bluetooth and watching smart tv. It’s in a line of little houses right on the rocky coast, but it feels very private. Luxuries include access to a washer and dryer and to extra fridge/freezer space. Mesmerized by watching the waves lap on the rocks, the tide come in and out, the cormorants drying out their wings, and the gulls swooping around.

Rosehearty is lovely, and the surrounding area is stunning. This house is a brilliant spot for exploring the local area and is just a few yards away from the coast. It is very clean, with comfortable beds and sofa. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped - it even has several sharp knives, which is rare in my experience :) - and basics like milk, sugar, salt and pepper and bread were supplied as well as a welcome basket. The garden was secure for our dog and a nice place to sit, although it's not directly connected to the house, unfortunately. It's a few steps from the front door. The space looks exactly like the pictures. We had a lovely time, the weather was fabulous, and Jane was very responsive to messages before the holiday.
