“We had an amazing weekend at this Air BnB. The house was the perfect size for a couple and we really appreciate the finishing touches like the breakfast cereals and snacks. The location was brilliant as it meant we could quickly drive to a number of different places, such as Windsor, to explore. There are a number of beautiful restaurants nearby but we also appreciate the guide left in the house for takeaway and other local shops as this was very useful. Definitely would stay again”
Unique newly converted small barn, bright, light and self contained. Sleeps 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (or 2 small adults) due to restricted height space in loft. Large gravel drive behind big, wooden gates for safe and easy parking. Tea, coffee and biscuits provided. Situated down a country lane in a semi rural area, walking distance to pubs and restaurants. A few miles from Ascot and Royal Windsor, Train stations to London and Reading.
“Bronwen deserves her super host title. We were made very welcome and Bronwen was very good at giving suggestions for local walks. The cabin was cosy and well equipped for the small space. We enjoyed sitting outside in the garden admiring the chickens running around and the 2 friendly dogs keeping us company.”
A 19th Century updated character cottage with many beams and a vaulted ceiling to the main bedroom. Special cleaning is carried out between stays so all surfaces are sanitised. Cleaning staff wear PPE and windows and doors are opened to allow fresh air into the interior. Also available (on request) is a third cosy separate twin bedroom accessed off the garden providing two single beds and WC. It is two minutes walk from the thriving village of Hartley Wintney and is the perfect getaway!
“A beautiful and quaint cottage in the heart of a lively village, Matthew’s place makes for a pleasant and homely stay. The bathroom off the main bedroom is particularly sweet set as it is a couple of steps down with a low ceiling in one section. The nespresso machine was a boon and the kitchen is very attractive. It’s worth noting that the A road which goes through the village is fast moving. There was no noise from it at the house but it was a bit of a hairy walk to The Phoenix Inn (which is excellent). It’s a lovely spot and an ideal getaway from London.”
