Monthly Rentals in Sandingan Island

We stayed in this apartment for one month and had a great time. It's located near the old airport in Tagbilaran, it's very quiet compared to other places we have stayed at in the city in the past. The host is really nice and communicative. Internet was good for working online and it had all the amenities we needed. We will stay there again if we come back in the future. John was very responsive from pre-booking until we arrived at the place. He gave recommendations as to where we can buy some groceries, transportation and what places to visit in the area. The house was clean. There are cooking utensils, condiments, water heater and the bed was so comfortable. Definitely, the place is perfect for a quick timeout from city life. It is a bit far and requires a lot of transfers (if you prefer to save) yet it is worth it. Time in the island is so slow and you can visit a lot of places, take time swimming, snorkeling and visit the Punta Buluarte lighthouse. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Fred and Lyn’s place was absolutely stunning! It’s the perfect spot to unwind and rejuvenate. Even though we arrived super late (Fred had waited for us for two hours, sorry Fred!), they were so welcoming and accommodating. We were amazed by the fireflies we saw along the way to our room. The place itself was incredible. It’s cozy and super innovative, powered by a solar panel and with a great Wi-Fi connection. They even have a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. And the beach was gorgeous! The service was top-notch. They serve organic tea that comes straight from their garden, and the breakfast was delicious and healthy. Fred and Lyn really outdid themselves with that. Fred was also super informative and explained a lot about how they prepared their place and were always there to help us out. We might return since it helps me study, especially me, as a law student who wants to study in peace.

Joseph was very helpful and accommodating! Close to the port and you can rent a motorcycle directly from him cheaper than the rentals at the port. The unit was fantastic! It had a great and clean bedroom with all the basic necessities, and the freebies were a bonus. I had a wonderful experience!
