House holiday rentals in Sandringham

We stayed at 6 Blyth View for one week as a family and we throughly recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely getaway in a peaceful location. The cottage is part of a lovely estate in a very peaceful and thoughtfully designed setting with amazing grounds overlooking fields to the East so you can stunning sunset views. It’s a short drive from wonderful Southwold and several neighbouring villages with great pubs offering decent food options as well as lovely drives to explore the surrounding areas. The cottage is perfectly equipped with all facilities working perfectly, a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms offering plenty of storage space plus a perfect living room space and indoor and outdoor dining. Parking is situated close to the property. In addition, the (bookable timeslots) gym, swimming pool and games room were much fun and we very much enjoyed. Highly recommend this property and thank you to the attentive host for great support and communication when needed 🙏🏼

I didn’t stay there myself, I booked the place for my co-workers coming over from London , but they said the place was very nice!

Jean is a great host- very welcoming, clear instructions and interesting local recommendations. Waterside Retreat is in a smashing location, right on the small lake, close to the country club. The lodge is spacious, clean and well stocked with everything you might need for your holidays and more. We also used the gym- it was well equipped, had a delicious Sunday roast at the country club and walked the dog along the nature trail and to Tydd St Giles- surroundings are very peaceful and beautiful. Uber-eats delivered to our lodge, no problem. Also, it was an easy 1 hour drive to Cambridge to soak up some culture. Overall a great Easter break, in a fabulous lodge.

What can I say about The Firs? The word luxury doesn't do it justice, as soon as we walked through the door we were in ore of the building and it's surroundings. The amenities were fantastic, our personal favourites being the balcony with sun lounges, hot tub and pool table! The house is also decorated with a stylish, luxurious The decor. The kitchen is a stand out feature The owners were reliable, had brilliant communication and even gave us a recommendation to a beautiful restaurant called Quayside Hotel! They couldn't do enough. The on site groundsman was also super friendly and even borrows us his tandem bike! We will be back next year!

Very friendly and helpful host. We stayed in the accessible cottage and it is very well laid out for a wheelchair user. We will be returning very soon.

We had such a fantastic stay at Coot Cottage, beautiful place with fantastic amenities (stand out being the pool which our daughter loved!) We’ve already recommended to family and friends and will definitely be back again to try one of the other cottages!

Celesta has been a great host from first booking 8 months before, communicating through out answering any questions, helpful advice and letting me know when issues arose - and going above and beyond to have everything sorted for our arrival. Lovely stay had everything we needed, perfect location, train station walkable straight into the city within 10 minutes.

Great location, the description was exactly as it was and although it was a town house it had very a private feel to it. There was some maintenance work being carried out in the courtyard but we were forewarned and there was no issue. When we return to Norfolk as we certainly will we would happily return to this property. Lena & Eddie C

I booked this accommodation for 3 of my colleagues who were working nearby. They loved the property which was only 15 minutes from their place of work and would have loved to stay there for a third week, but unfortunately for us somebody else booked it before I could! Fiona is a very responsive host.

Ideally situated , just minutes from the main square, shops and quay area. Perfect for our 3 night stay which enabled us to discover Sandringham and the beautiful coastal routes to Hunstanton + Holkham. Very high standard of specification .

We really enjoyed our stay at Keeper’s Cottage. The cottage is family friendly and clean. We were on our first family holiday with our dog and we found the house to be very clean, no trace of dog hairs from previous guests, which was a relief as my husband suffers from pet allergies. The location is perfect for exploring north Norfolk. The village is very picturesque. We ate at the Rose and Crown twice. We ordered a pizza from Askers which we collected in the village which was delicious. We also ate at the Granary, the cakes are really nice. We also visited the old store for breakfast which was lovely and we went back for cakes and bread as the bakery was so nice! The people are so friendly and welcoming, our dog was welcomed wherever we went. We also booked the paddock at Park Farm, which we would also recommend. There are so many lovely beaches nearby to explore. We ran out of time to see everything so will be back again in the future.

Stayed here to celebrate my Husbands pending 60th. Six adults and dogs. Well this house has the wow factor all over it, thoughtfully built beautiful extension and very mod cons and plenty of space for a large gathering. It did take us some time to get used to the key fob for the front door but I suspect that was more us! We had lovely beach walks and then enjoyed the garden and bbq area. We all had a great time! Thank you so much!

Lovely house in a fab location! Very helpful to have soap/toiletries included too and a nice welcome gift too :) Laura was very informative, giving all the info upfront which was very helpful and saved us having to ask any questions! Lovely quiet street too with plenty of parking. No problems whatsoever and will be back in the future!

We loved our two night stay at the barn which is in a delightful, peaceful location and is full of character and charm. Easy check in and Lisa who lives next door but you would not know it, was a very welcoming host. Everything was perfect and we highly recommend.

Beautiful two bed en-suite appartment, ground floor so great for my elderly in laws who came with us. Everything you need for a short or longer stay is provided. Lovely welcome pack on our arrival. Great showers in each en-suite. It was quiet to say close to other appointments. I Would definitely recommend Sarah's place, my mother in-law didn't want to leave, we would love to return in the not too distant future : )

Kirsty's home - and it truly is a home - is as beautiful as it looks in the photos. In fact, more so. There are stylish and tasteful touches in every room and plenty of interesting books, which is always a draw for us. It is also very comfortable. The beds are sumptuous, the bathrooms spotless, the shower efficient, the kitchen range easy to use, the wifi reliable and good enough for remote working on Zoom. The garden is also lovely and we would have used it a lot if the weather had been kinder to us. Communication with Kirsty was friendly and easy and the basket of gifts left for us much appreciated. We have stayed in many airbnb properties, in the UK and abroad, and this was definitely the best.

We absolutely loved this stunning farm conversion. We were able to park right outside the front door. Upon entering we were delighted to find an immaculately presented property, tastefully decorated, homely and spotlessly clean. We couldn’t fault it. We would not hesitate to stay here again. We had a wonderful weekend at the old steam mill. Photos don’t do it justice - it’s even more spacious and beautiful in real life! Very comfortable and quiet, the hosts Mark and Celina accommodated us at very short notice and were lovely and responsive when needed. The garden was perfect to enjoy a drink and meals in the warm summer evenings and our dog loved exploring. It was everything we hoped for a countryside getaway not too far from London.

2nd time we have stopped here with our 2 dogs and we will be back again. The bungalow has everything you need, is spacious and clean. The garden decking is raised so lovely views across to the sea and the sunset is beautiful. The grassed area of the garden is plenty big enough and is very secure for our dogs to run around in.

We had a wonderful stay and the house was beautiful and tastefully furnished. The garden was great for our dog too. Would definitely recommend! It was half an hour drive to the coast but was nearby some quaint towns, which are all well worth a visit!

We had a truly faultless stay – the barn had everything we could possibly need and more. The guide provided was incredibly helpful, with excellent local recommendations that made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. The location is stunning, with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. Emma gave us a warm welcome on arrival, and the welcome treats were a lovely touch. Our 19-month-old and dog were both really well catered for – the stair gates, toys, and secure private garden made a huge difference and helped us all relax. There’s a balcony overlooking the fields which both our child and dog loved looking out from. The fresh eggs from Emma’s chickens were a real highlight each morning. Every little detail was thoughtfully considered, making it a really enjoyable and comfortable stay. Emma has clearly put a lot of care into creating a fantastic experience for guests. We’d highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future.
