Perfect starting point for day trips to Vestkapp, Runde, Geiranger, Loen, Ålesund, etc... Approximately 300 meters to the grocery store with everything you need. Fra vinduskarmen kan du følge med på surferne i bølgene eller studere ørna som svever utfor bratte fjellsider. Herfra kan du nærmest hoppe rett i havet med våtdrakt og surfebrett. Rett utforbi døra kan du følge turstier til utsiktspunktet på Hushornet, spektakulære Hovden eller ta runden rundt Ervikvatnet.

Location on Skredestranda, about 3.5 km from Årvik ferry dock, in a quiet and peaceful area. Here you can relax and recharge your batteries. You may be lucky to see a flock of sperm whales in the fjord, or see eagles and deer. Rovdefjorden is a busy fjord for both large and small boats, as well as cruise ships on their way to/from Geiranger. The cabin is located 20 m from the lake, where there are good fishing opportunities (rod). Steep rocks and shallow depths. We have life jackets available.

Cabin in Dalsbygd

Cozy cabin by the main road, a mile from Folkestad in Volda municipality. The cabin is located by itself and has a boathouse, here you can fish and swim. The cabin is simple and has four beds, in addition to a living room and kitchen in one with simple standard. There is a balcony and a garage where there is both a barbecue and sun loungers you can use. There is electric heating, but also a wood burning stove and wood that can be used.

My boathouse is as close as you can get to the waterfront. It is built in a navy style with lots of antique items from a former career at sea. I believe it has what is needed to enjoy a relaxing holiday on a quiet Island on the norwegian westcoast.
